    Which material is uses here to fixx unexposed thermocouples please...?? Could you please share the supplier details

      I think that was a ceramic blanket (i.e. woven glass fibre material). Our outdated code says we should use asbestos which is illegal.

    Can in some video in future explain how to calculate fire loading on one zone from material what is stored in the zone? Tanx.

      Have a look at our video on the Eurocode parametric fire. That does a worked example to calculate the time-temperature curve based on the fuel loading in the room.

    Hello, please, I need a topic:
    Study of the reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures after exposure to fire.

      Dear GC Structure. We have a video on this channel about the design of concrete for fire. Also, there are a number of good textbooks on the design of concrete for fire (Buchanan & Abu; Wang et al; Naser & Kodur; etc.). Various guidelines for repair are also available. Thanks Richard

    Could you please share the idea how to pressure make neutral at specific height... As per given different type standard... Such as BS,EN & UL

      Dear Tanzeem. You need to have constant pressure measurement, and then adjust your outlet opening size, inlet sizes and/or burner operation.

    Please advice on the small-size fire furnace

    • @firesun
      @firesun  3 года назад

      There are some papers on small-scale furnaces. They are not perfect in that some performance is not fully predicted. Bigger samples tend to perform worse. However, small-scale tests are useful for understanding behaviour, thermal modelling and preliminary behaviour.

      @@firesun Could you please share the papers on small-scale furnaces ?

      @firesun  2 года назад

      @@tav6244 We have not published any papers ourself on the topic. However, in the literature you will find some papers comparing the response between such furnace. In textbooks such as "Structural Design for Fire Safety" it discusses the difference in results between small and large-scale tests.
