how does it work on pc .. could i use it for .. lets say .. Discord / Messenger Call.. as a general speaker / microphone device and it needs to work with a specific software ?

Simply connect the cable between headset base and your PC. On your PC, set the Savi as your audio source. No software needed, but HUB is a free Plantronics download to allow firmware updates and make changes to the headset/base. Press the computer button on the headset base when you want audio from your PC to come through the headset. I hope that helps.

I HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE CHARGE. IF I CHARGE THE HEADPHONE AHEAD OF THE USAGE,,LETS SAY ONE DAY AHEAD, THE CHARGE DOES NOT STAY .CAN U PLS HELP

Sounds like a defective unit. They come with a 1-year warranty so I would suggest going back to the company you purchased from or Plantronics directly.

The PC connection is via USB cable. Once connected, you set your PC audio to the Savi (microphone and speaker). Then simply press the computer button on top of the headset base and your headset is now the source for audio coming and going to your PC.
