I watched your intro to React and React Native videos and that changed my life because I decided to become a react developer right after that. Since that day you keep inspiring me, I admire you a lot. I'm also a musician and this video was, again, fantastic to watch. If you had a Patreon page or something similar I would pay for your content. Your content makes the world a bit better, at least for me it really does. Thank you for all you do!!

One of the best intros to music theory that I've ever come across. The physics-music combo was definitely mind-blowing. Excellent work!

Omg. What lucky and rare find that I encountered your series. I was struggling with music theory bothered by the fact that most of the courses I've seen were only about notes, maybe a little bit of music history and none of them refer to mathematics. When I noticed this series I was excited because who can better explain music theory to the programmer than the other programmer :D

In many other countries (and including for me, since my teacher was Ukrainian), we used DO RE MI ... instead of C D E, etc. So we don't have that strange expectation that A should precede (be lower in freq) than C.

sigh. if my teacher broke it down from scratch like this as a kid i would be 10x the musician i am today

Why don't we just reclassify C as A? Then again, why don't we just use the metric system only? The world doesn't make sense.
