I wake up in the morning tired, running late no motivation, I turn this on in my ear buds and start working out. Cold tired and my body begging for me to sleep, this is the start of my new journey, my goal.
It's 2 am in morning and I have my exams tomorrow I procrastinated whole day now crying but now i'mma learn from my self and push myself to read until I complete two more chaoters
ADVICE: When studying for a test the next morning. Go to bed early so you can wake up early and beginning studying none stop til the time for test. Example. wake up at 4am and study for 5hours straight until test at 9:30am works better than staying up late cramming.
Consistency. Success is being better than yesterday, and if not yesterday than be better than last week. But dont let it take a month. Always consistently improve, learn how to do things wrong so you dont repeat mistakes. Learn what works and what doesnt. Learn what frustrates you and deal with it. Just be better.
