It's a tough world out there feeling like your slaving away just to make ends meet and knowing you'll probably never be able to afford a home or raise a family.

Millennials are concerned about the same things GenZ is (environment, sustainability, diversity, equity). It's just Millennials overall have A) more formal education B) varied worldly experiences C)actual work experience. So Millennials combine some of the serious go getter attitudes of older generations like Boomers, but with the modern considerations and sensibilities of GenZ (in fact many Millennials were teachers to GenZ K-12 students). Millennials were not the power brokers over the last 20 years, but have been entering that phase over the last couple of years. More Millennials will see their ideas implemented over the next 2 decades. GenZ is just along for the ride. GenX was never fully plugged in, kind of going with the motions.

@@strpe9701 how can you be loyal to yourself when you dont even know who and what the f you are :D
@@GiblixStudioSpeak for yourself ;)
He’s oblivious of what Gen X is like. Gen X just wants to be paid. We don’t give af about you or your company. How much are you offering? So I can weigh my options.
Gen X here I remember my first interview I got asked why I wanted the job, told the guy the truth because I need the money to buy clothes pay rent and buy food. Got the job there and then.
Omg I relate so hard to the Gen Z one 😭
So you're all demands and no work too?
Truly something to be proud of.
@@LB-uo7xy Thank you, love ❤️
Oh my gosh. As a native American speaker, I need subtitles for this😂😂😂
I did the same thing... Especially after the first guy
American speaker?😭😭
Which native American? Navajo? Tlingit? Mi’’’’’kmaq?
I love GenZ. I am GenX and completely whipped. It didn't help there was a recession in my country during the entire 90s, so we got conditioned to take anything.
As a Millenial, I feel like we’re split…us older peeps are more like Gen X while the young bloods definitely act like this 🤷🏼♂️
Nottingham Trent University Class of 2021😂
He should be grateful that he got the chance to interview 😂
One thing I can say about zoomers…they could do what I couldn’t lololol
“Pension”
lol
But they say now is difficult 😂😂😂😂
Gen z was spot on!!
Yeah because us young people are just too lazy and it’s definitely not because the prospects available to us make us to depressed want to be productive
At least Gen Z is honest about the current work environment, can’t really say the same about the boomers can you?
I once had a boss try to get me to do his job for him, told me that it would look really good for me and that it would help me get promoted to supervisor in the future... I asked him "where are you going?", he said "nowhere, why", so i hit him with " how will i get promoted to supervisor if you're not going anywhere?"... his whole little scheme fell apart.
BRILLIANT
Gen alpha bringing in their parents to the interview
As a GenX/Millennial it’s pretty accurate 😅 I’ve done and said both!
Generation Nottingham Trent university shouldn’t get invited for interview in the first place
I'm a Gen-Xr. that's what we use to say, until we got screwed over by the boomers for 20 years.
Now that we know the "REAL" truth our attitude sucks.
People think Jen z doesn’t wanna work the matter of the fact is that when most of the people stopped working, Gen Z wasn’t an old enough to work
🤣🤣🤣 Spot on! 🤣🤣🤣
As a gen z we in fact like to negotiate with out care in the world with other options on the side.We advocate for our rights which can be taken as laziness. Lol the sustainability is important Lmao 🤣.
Gen X here. We don't use your products and we don't want low pay. But, we lie and smile and pretend we care because we need to work. But we have no company alligence and will leave you as soon as we find a better paying job.
Gen z alpha, will send a text message and will tell all the terms that gen z has told 😂
Gen Z are some of the hardest working people I know. I'm in full time trade school for massage therapy right now and I'm in Gen Z, so many of my classmates are killing it in Kenisology classes, doing full-time school and working part time, sometimes two jobs on top of that, several with a baby. It's a tough world out there feeling like your slaving away just to make ends meet and knowing you'll probably never be able to afford a home or raise a family.
Spot on😂
Gen X might grind, but ain't taking shizzz
Gen Z is a real thing...
I'm Gen Z... Give me a final salary pension scheme!
The biggest difference is that gen z think that the life should be fair and the world owes them something.
Oh yes. Millennials so much!!!
@mikoltavas2434 He's asking if they think that they will actually reach 0 green house emissions by 2050 as the company stated on there website. He want's to work for a company who values environment and sustainability as much as him basically.
I’m a millennial - it’s all about the dollar, baby.
So funny!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Plot twist: The Gen Z was made CEO.
That's Gen-Z they are like that everywhere in the world.
It's called adapting 🤙🤙 finally
I’m gonna need a transcript of this video
Gen Z got it right and I’m a Gen X.
Plot twist: the gen z takes a holiday to watch skibidi toilet
Gen Alpha watches skibidi toilet not Gen Z
Millennial interview was just odd.
@@danmur2797 The main reason corporations are gutting their “social responsibility” departments is because Zoomers don’t care as much as millennials about the “values” of the company…
Here is what Gen X said to that interviewer. After we stopped laughing and pointing at them, we would have just got up, looked and laughed at them harder, then walked out laughing at them even harder after wiping a tear out of our eye. Then went back in the room to laugh one more time while flipping them off and slamming the door.
Sincerely,
Gen X
😂 I'm the millennial
I have NO IDEA what they said, and I speak English. WTF!
And gen z get the job
Hit the nail on the head with Z. I interview them all the time.Typical answering machine I will get back to you at my first convenience
Thats fine. They owe the company nothing. They know they dont mean anything to a company either and that it's just business. Same when employees giving no notice upon leaving and the company complains, but the company gives no notice when letting people go. Be proud of not going the extra mile for a company that doesn't go the extra mile for you. Another company offers me $20k more? Well goodbye old company it is. Just like the company would drop me in an instant if it benefits them.
I've done that before, I had a sales job for a brief period, management sucked there was no guidance, eventually I was the last guy they had and I just told them I had interviews and that they might see me next week, they didn't.
Right on with Xers. I actually was like this at my last three successful interviews. I'm still working at the third one, five years down the line I did indeed move up into a satisfying pay situation.
Millennial: blah blah blah interview: that’s nice to hear (moves on)
Lmao good thing nobody will ever make you a hiring manager
Millennials: "Can you offer me the same salary I left with?"
Interviewer: "No I'm afraid"
Millennial: "No worries, I'll just half ass it here for a month or two, while I Interview with other people until I do get paid"
Gen Z for president now
As a millennial ifgaf about sustainability and your locally sourced products - as long as I can afford them and they don’t suck 🤷🏻♂️
seems like we are getting smarter lol lazier for sure but definitely wiser 😂😂😂
Totally nailed millenials & Gen Z
The millennial’s smooth talking 😂 but Gen Z does it right.
Omg I've created a small GenZ company - 4 hrs a day!
I am Gen Z on this one😅
I worked for million dollar company that opened up 100 stores after I started working and out of all my raises my paycheck might’ve gone up one dollar after three years of working with a company. There’s nothing wrong with younger people being more aggressive in their job interviews about wanting better benefits, and hours. Especially if these jobs can’t actually give us any real security or barely any vacation time it should be normal to get at least two weeks a year some companies don’t even think that’s OK
The unemployment rate is all time high bro
