    Recipe:
    1. Sift flour into a bowl
    2. Sift potato starch into same bowl
    3. Cut octopus into 1/3 to 1/2 inch pieces
    4. Mince pickled red ginger
    5. Put fried tofu pouch in between a paper towel & use a chopstick to roll on top of paper towel to remove excess oil
    6. Mince fried tofu into smaller pieces
    7. Slice green onions into small pieces.
    8. In a big mixing bowl add water
    9. In same bowl add egg then mix water & egg
    10. After mixing add salted kombu strips, powdered bonito, & salt then mix
    11. After mixing you'll add flour & potato starch from earlier into mixing bowl then mix until no clumps are visible
    12. Put vegetable oil in takoyaki grill indentions & spread it with a small piece of paper towel in the indentions & top of grill
    13. Heat grill to medium heat
    14. When grill is hot enough mix up batter then put batter on top of the grill into indentions
    15. Once batter has filled up the indentations add 1 piece octopus into each indentation
    16. Sprinkle over pieces of fried tofu, green onions, & pickled ginger
    17. When batter on the grill starts to firm up use 2 long toothpicks, takoyaki picks preferred, to separate batter from the indention you're working on, stuff excess batter into middle of indention, & then flip it around so the cooked half sphere is facing up and the bottom the raw batter which will cook to form the other half of the sphere.
18.Once fritter are cooked remove from grill & onto serving plate. Fritters are done when you stick toothpick into fritter & it comes out clean.
    19. Mix Worcestershire sauce & ponzu then put on top of fritters
    20. Garnish fritters with green onions, katsuobushi, & seaweed flakes to finish

It's a bowl I got from Daiso! The bowl is a few years old though so not sure if they make it anymore. They might make similar versions though.
