Social media just gives wrong impressions. Don't look at this BS. It's one complete and utter fake show, for lack of confidence of those who post their "brightest" moments.
FOMO is also a problem-Don't let yourself fool yourself. Most things you really don't miss out on. You just _think_ you do.
Go out on your own adventure.
Play and tease with friends,
your girl, perhaps you'll be courageous and in it enough to start a family, go out into nature and do the most basic things you'll see how epic this planet we inhabit is. Challenge yourself. Learn to balance life and work, hobbies interest and passion. You gain a lot from listening to your soul and appreciating life as a gift.
What did you do to experience and deserve this beauty of a gift? Maybe, you are not alone, and this is all just a challenge.

Your videos always hit me really deep. It's been a rough few years, but I'm grateful I'm alive, not in prison and I have a roof over my head and I can feed myself and make bills. I have a dog that loves me and is so happy to see me when I come home. Maybe that's enough for right now...

It starts with a life plan. Like goals and stuff. Aimlessness is what makes people feel depressed. Especially a feeling of never being able to get ahead.

While you're coping with self improvement and MGTOW chads are banging with your future wife. It is brutal, but this is reality we live in since social media and femenism was introduced.

eh, a goal is just the next distraction. It's still the pursuit of things or status. Happiness is being happy by simply existing, regardless of what happens.
I agree 100%. Girlfriend or muscles or cars or wealth are short term distractions from your unhappiness. You can just decide to be happy through gratitude. In the west, we are basically living in paradise 🎉
