Have you ever had creamed carrots? You do them exactly like creamed corn, butter, milk, flour to thicken and salt and pepper. They are so good. Anytime I was going to eat with Granny, and she would ask what I wanted, creamed carrots was always on the top of the list.
I am so scared of canning! 😆but I really want to learn how to do it! Someday I will learn. that is my goal! ❤ thanks for sharing. what do you think is easier for a beginner canner? Water bath or pressure canning?
I would start with some good waterbath recipes... jelly or pickles maybe. You can do that without having to buy a lot of special canning tools and try it out. You can do it!

Tiff,I love carrots cooked or raw,i love raw carrots dipped in buttermilk ranch dressing and they are good for your eyes!
