- Up on deck today we have one of the Super Stock drag racing sessions from the JEGS SPORTSNationals held at National Trail Raceway. Lots of actions and lots of wheelstands!
The JEGS SPORTSNationals was an event held at National Trail Raceway. It featured some of the best NHRA racers in the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series. It had everything from Top Dragsters and Top Sportsman classes all the way to Super Street. Hundreds of cars were in attendance and it was packed full of awesome drag racing action.
National Trail Raceway is an NHRA quarter mile drag strip located between Hebron and Kirkersville, Ohio, USA, off of U.S. Route 40. The track is located about 30 minutes east of Columbus, Ohio. It was first opened in 1964 and was the fifth largest facility at the time. It is also a PDRA member track that runs 1/8th mile outlaw door-slammer drag races.

What was up with the front tires on that blue nova?
question: are they running Super Stock eliminations based on class index? I don't get it, sorry. If they are same class, I get it. But, books like the index is on the board and they run ''all out'' as they run under ''the dial''
This was likely one of the practice sessions. I never did get a run schedule for the event and down in the tree/waterbox area you cant hear crap for announcements.

Not sure. I didn't get a competitor list for the event this time.
everyone has their preference... Personally I don't get a lot out of seeing the back of a car driving away at 100MPH
You're always going to see more index racing at a track. Even Cleetus and such race index limited classes.
