    Other things to consider:
    1) There could be a law to expand the size of the Congress. If the House expanded its size by 100 Members, which would also expand the size of the College by 100 Members. The extra members of the House and extra votes to the College would likely go the states with the largest populations--such as California, Texas, Florida, and New York.
    2) The States have the power to choose the Electors, however they wanted to. However, one way that the allocation of votes can be done would to have the state legislatures choose the Electors. I am NOT an advocate of this idea. But, there is nothing in the Constitution that would prevent a state, such as California or Texas from doing such an act.
    3) What would the side effects of eliminating The Electoral College?
    A) Would all aspects, towards voting be made equal? (I'm talking about Voter IDs, having similar types of ballots, voting times, etc..) Would an ultra-liberal Democrat from California be on a Texas ballot,? Would an ultra-conservative from Texas be on a Californis ballot?
    B) How would the nation handle a 50-state recount?
    C) Would the winner have to just recieve a plurality of the Popular votes? Or would there be a second round of voting?
    D) How many candidates could be on a ballot?
For example, if the Recall Election of Governor of California in 2003 had over 100 candidates, how many candidates could there be in a Presidentisl Election?
    E) Would Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidates be voted upon separately or as part of a national ticket? What's to prevent a person, such as President Biden from being on the top of three tickets? What's to prevent a guy like Tim Scott from appearing on multiple tickets, either as a Presidential or Vice Presidential Candidate?
    F) Would an Election be considered fair, if the winner of the popular vote be a Republican with 38 percent, but the candidates in second, third, and fourth places are Democrats with a combined 55 percent?

    "I don't know what [Napster] is.🤷‍♀️"
Thanks, Carmella (and writing team). Now I feel really old. Napster was our bootleg Spotify, back when we were pirates for our music.

I would love to see a music theory course from this channel. It can give a chance to bring up mathematics and some physics related topics as well.

I think we need to discuss a democracy vs a republic.

A republic is any country that's not a monarchy. A democracy is where the plurality of voters decide. America is both (though some say it's actually a plutocracy). It's only once Trump came along that people in the US started to think America was a republic but not a democracy. Tell that to world war veterans.

Study Hall needs to stop avoiding the real issues with these fluff videos. They never address the true causes and full context of the thingd they cover. Its dishonest and it shows a pattern. They convienently avoid the real issues and place blame elsewhere. This doesnt help anyone. They put out recycled content and videos every few years, going over and over the same topics without ever addressing the issues. At this point they've lost a lot of credibility. Not to mention the steady decline in quality of content over the years. They fell off.

You’re committing the very same offense you accuse them of by failing to specify what causes, context, and/or issues you believe have been omitted. This episode seems comprehensive enough to me.

@@trevinbeattie4888removing the electoral college will be the end of our country. Angry truckers would be just the begining.
