- On the Wednesday episode of the North Shore Drive podcast, presented by Mike's Beer Bar, host Christopher Carter welcomes Post-Gazette Steelers insider Ray Fittipaldo to analyze third-round NFL draft pick Roman Wilson's role in new OC Arthur Smith's offense. How much potential does Wilson have to be a No. 2 behind George Pickens and ahead of names like Van Jefferson, Scotty Miller and Quez Watkins? Can he handle a high volume of targets after not seeing the ball a ton in his college offense at Michigan? Or are the Steelers going to need to trade for a proven No. 2 like Courtland Sutton, Brandon Aiyuk or Deebo Samuel?
Our duo tackles those questions and more. They also ponder what the Steelers can expect in the NFL schedule release Wednesday night. And later, Pirates insider Andrew Destin joins Christopher to break down the team's series against the Brewers in Milwaukee.

@@redeyejedi4400 😂😂😂😂I didn’t watch it! I just commented to support the channel! 😂😂 you 🐔 riders are hilarious 🤣🤣
Then ask them to cover what you want them to cover. Covered online a few times, wr position, Dline, ILB, CB, RB, TEs. And even the new punter. I will say haven't had one about place kicker, or long snapper yet. So maybe they are coming.
@@yurky1 Okay Yerky my Jerky I see you’re one of “those guys” eh!? Only an imbecile would think they’ve talked about anything other than the WR2 position the last few weeks! I’m actually a fan of the show so my opinion on the matter might be insignificant but not unwarranted. Get a life bruh 😂😂
12 tds on 40 receptions right?
Destin missed his callling at NPR.
Can I buy you better lighting?
Lol

Who wins wrestling match Chris or Ray 😂😂
Don’t see the reason for all the #2 receiver concern. Is there a rule that says the second most number of targets have to go to an outside receiver and can’t go to a slot receiver? And didn’t Arthur Smith say that he plans to use Roman Wilson both inside and outside ? Also if they do decide that the best use of Wilson’s talents is as the slot receiver, why couldn’t they line up Van Jefferson or Quez outside of Wilson just to keep the outside cornerback occupied? They may not be the best receivers in the NFL but I seriously doubt that they’re so bad that teams are going to risk leaving them totally uncovered.
If they can find an outside receiver that’s an upgrade, fine. If they don’t, it’s not going to make or break their season.
So I guess pat ain't on the team? He's a threat. The RB out the back field are threats. Again I'll worry about it if we haven't addressed it by week 1. RELAX
One proven reciever on the whole team is a huge problem. It will be easy to take pickens out if there's no one else there.
Van Jefferson is proven, Miller is proven.
Yes but not this year. But much of the #2 can be filled by pat F
2 starting rookie OLineman AND a starting rookie WR2 in a new offense? And Tomlin is the HC??? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 GTFOH
