This guy is very funny indeed. He would be great in a few months time to hear as this would cheer alot of people up when they eventually beable to make those important journeys again after covid. Certainly listening to this makes me chuckle and a few people would laugh too. Great southern train announcer for all trains. Record the message then use it as part of the announcements to lighten the mood of the journey.
People like a bit of humour. I was on the customer service line for TFL and had a joke with the people who called in and hardly ever had any problems with them, probably also because while joking around I actually fixed their problems as well. There are few people more happy than someone with no money who gets let on a bus because I've said to them, hold your phone up to the driver and then I've shouted "Let her on the bus" and they get on and got home. Some of my colleagues were always getting into arguments because they were confrontational and unhelpful. It's not a good strategy for getting results in life. You have to like people if you deal with people.
Are these humourous people only on the Southern line railway. I wonder why we never hear about this sort of thing from other rail networks. C'mon i am sure therre are other rail networks that have train drivers & train guards ( if any left or still used ) have some means of a sense of humour. I am sure they can't be that miserable & boring ( or can they 😳🙄🤔). Lets hear from other railway networks besides Southern railway. The rest of the country can't be that misrable & boring can it 🙄🤔 ?????
On most other networks they don't have DOO so all announcements are automated or done by the guard/conductor/OBS. I'd love to be able to do announcements but I'm not sure my company would approve 😂 we used to have a guard that would do a station to station quiz on his route but he got told to stop after some people complained.
It’s the woooooooooooo guy 😂
Yeah his name is Steve, he used be a DJ.
I thought that it was Dave
WoOoO
"Big brother, is watching you. All the time. Including you standing by the toilet."
