Yes yes yes! To more videos like this. Your videos are so helpful on the individual elements of a system so having a walk around on how things are laid out in different buildings, even when the same systems would be great. Your explanation of how you resolved certain issues was also really helpful. Either way... you maintain a high bar in the plumbing video world... love it and really appreciate it. Cheers.
Ha.. well Alexa has ruined my life - yours has been a unique response. Everyone else so far asks me a question and then laughs. Alexa is not allowed in my house.... it's a complicated inner conflict.
I'm no plumber but find it interesting to see the amazing variety of real world installations that you have to deal with and the problems you have to sort out. So more of these please.
Definitely do more videos like this. "On the job" videos are always interesting, and people can learn a lot from them. "In the field" work is totally different to the classroom. And great video, as usual.
Yes please more vids like this. Our church boiler pump kept bowing the fuse this pump is huge which pumps water through the church around a 30mm steel pipes do you think pump is stuck and that is why it keeps blowing pump and do you think this pump heating system can be improved?? Thanks
Oh, that will be covered.... eventually...perhaps... maybe. Any problems, issues may well get shelved though until something catastrophic happens or the external authorities; council, fire brigade, local STD clinic, RSPCA and extinction rebellion give it the the thumbs up seal of approval. In my experience (pinch of salt recommended it's purely anecdotal) nothing will get done £$£$£$ until it gets flagged... Then the maintenance guy will get the blame. See my comment ^ for context.

Hi James, love the vids. I have a problem no one can give me a solution to so hoping you may be able to help. Had a new on suite added in an extension and there is a sewer smell in the toilet bowel every few days. The toilet is fitted to the same soil stack as an adjacent on suite and there is no smell in that one. It’s strange as the smell is in the toilet bowel only, not in the boxing around the connections or in the area of the durgo. The plumbers have returned and changed the connector and durgo, no signs of a leak or poor fitting. How can the smell get into the toilet bowl. I’m stumped, can you advise please.
Huhh knife on the wall in boiler room! Phsyco shower scene sound effects: Wheeeg wheeeg! wheeeg! James can really install a butler sink! He can buttle with the best of them!
Hi James thanks mate for all your informative and crazy frog dog funny videos.. really inspiring me for a change of career, currently doing my level 2 plumbing. Super quickly what cost wise best laser level would you recommend? Keep them vids going. Cheers, rich
Hey I've got a question I got a pressure reducing value under my kitchen sink and when I flush the toilet it makes a very loud noise or when I have a shower it's very loud and annoying I was wondering if you can help me out thanks
That running man sign needs re-lamping. (8 watt triphozi tube probably ) Secondary return dhw heat loss is phenomenal. Monstrously thick lagging recommended. I'm whining again. Spent 3 hours wet vaccing cuz some eedjut blocked a basin waste and overflow on purpose and left a tap running overnight. Recommended fitting percussion taps because of vandalism. Fell on deaf ears. The phantom bog blocker of Sheffield is back too. Secondary return pump on a fortic is knackered and has been for 3 months. Management wont authorise purchase til internal auditor comes in and wags her finger, presumably at me. Aint commercial plumbing fun? Whinge over. Av a nice week-end. It's 12 noon and I'm off to rod a poo pipe. What fun!
Watch out for the Dog Sh## on your boot ! I have managed to sit on my boots B4 covered in the stuff then only realised once i smelt it in my van.......Nice time cleaning my van seats !! 😳💩
In fer a penny, in fer a pound. D'ya want to come and punch my missus? I could sell tickets and put it on pay per view. By the way... you'd lose. She's brutal.
I notice you've developed the #HomelessHobo look lately .... Did your Missus tell you your Hair-Style looked good?? ........ She'll be watching this video with her mates ..... They'll ALL be in Hysterics .... Just think of all that #FeelGoodFactor you're generating EH?? ;-) :-) :-)
yeah ermmm no plug so it doesnt have to be pat tested every 12 months imagine putting the volts through the earth on a stainless sink connected to the system ?? also the ingress of misoture between plug face and socket face is considered when doing this
