Great content, specially the point that calibration is not for employees, but for managers. My thoughts exactly! 🙂
But I always struggle quantifying my impact. I'm a shy person that doesn't like bragging so till now I let my managers deal with this part. But it's time I learn it. Some work it's easy to quantify impact, but sometimes the work you do doesn't necessarily translate into impact. Would love a video with some examples of such difficult cases.

Thanks for the idea! I will think about a future video about it. One quick thought is that sometimes a project requires long term investment and the impact doesn't become visible until a few steps later. In such cases, it's useful to articulate the key milestones towards the long term vision, and focus on articulating the progress you've made and the quality of your execution.
