Amy, i still have some pork fat with sugar in it, how long can i leave it in the fridge as i want to make another batch but i want to finish yesterday's batch first in case it goes off as it doesn't use preservatives. 月餅皮可不可以只用200克糖漿,因為我的媽媽不喜歡吃太甜,謝謝你。
謝謝你,唔放肥油粒也可以, 減少什麼,你就要加你喜歡的材料, 否則不夠16個。餅皮唔可以減少糖,會變質做出个餅會 裂。

You can store them in freezer and it could last for about 2 months
