Yes, Caldereta is such a comfort food and complete meal. In my family, we use liver pate or liver spread as thickener. And we put shredded old cheddar cheese for sharp flavour. We don't put any potato pieces and bell pepper pieces. It's exlusively gteen olives. It's a recipe that my uncle taught us when he was deployed in Spain. I will try your recipe just the same. I'm excited how it will taste like with peabut butter as thickener. Thank you Chef RV!

Sarap nung sauce tinry ko with Peanut Butter! Pero yung Plain na Peanut Butter gusto ko ksi Spicy. Try ko nxt time mag add ng Hard Boiled Egg na.
