I recently received a comment on my video, “What You’re Doing Isn’t Good Enough,” and it’s sparked some interesting discussions. While the title may ruffle feathers, the video lays out a plan to help your Etsy or e-commerce business grow significantly. If you haven’t seen it, go check it out!
In this episode, I want to delve deeper into the feedback I received. It’s not about calling anyone out; it’s about addressing valid points and discussing strategies that can help you succeed.
    Key Points Discussed:
    1. The 1,000 Listings Strategy: It’s not just about the number, but what you learn along the way. This approach can work across any niche with some tweaking.
    2. The 80/20 Rule: Understanding how 80% of your revenue can come from 20% of your listings and how to leverage this for business growth.
    3. Repetition and Efficiency: Why putting in the reps makes you faster, more efficient, and helps overcome hurdles quicker.
    4. Learning What Works: Analyzing data to understand what drives visits and sales, and doing more of that.
    5. Increased Chances of Success: More listings mean more keywords, more visibility, and more chances of making sales. It also signals to the algorithm that you specialize in your niche.

Good reason for having more listings in a niche that you find is selling well. As an artist, my stumbling block is sometimes being able to find new great reference to work from to create that art from which I make prints. Will keep working toward making that happen.
