Hey Dr Dray Can you please tell me one thing It is said that lack of sleep causes cortisol to breakdown collagen which results in older looking skin, inflammation and acne but what if im sleeping at 5 am and then wake up at 12 pm im getting 7 hours of sleep, I shouldn't worry about the breakdown of collagen right? or is it necessary to sleep during dark hours ??

My skin is weird cause why the hell cetaphin gentle cleanser is making my skin dry like right after washing my face with this cleanser my skin feels so dry specially my forhead its like im touching sand and It has panthenol, glycerin then why ?????
What about cetaphils proven echzema treatment? It's really good at moisturizing the skin. But I say NEVER use it on raw skin! It burns like a hellfire!
I have eczema and I am allergic to petroleum jelly. Please be careful when recommending any of my steroidal cream cannot be in an ointment! Just an FYI
Nothing irritated my skin more than cetaphil. It was horrible.

Vaseline has a cream called Eczema Care at it has oatmeal and lipids plus no fragrance it's really good

I get patches around my nose and mouth but since I have acne prone skin it’s hard to find a formula that doesn’t clog my pores. 😢

I love the Eucerin Atopicontrol line for my body eczema and the small flare ups I get under my eye, works so well for me!

Thd new Cetaphil formulation angers my face now. The niacinamide is a no go for my sensitive face. Thank goodness for Vanicream.
