I own a bmw 3 series touring 320d manual, it’s excellent for towing my Bailey Pegasus. But you did not tell us was the winner a manual or auto?..... correct me if I am wrong, with automatic you towing capacity decreases compared to manual gear box???
Can you divide the tests up more, I know one guys request probably doesn't mean much, but if you did catagories for SUVs and estates/salons and also do a affordable car in each catagory (not my request)
Most cars unaffordable when new. I agree with others here and they should be reviewing 5 year old card and older. My xtrail is 10 years old and still pulls like a train
I can't actually believe that a BMW is a better towcar than the discovery. May be the caravan journalists should do a real world test, towing with 7 or 8 year old cars that have some miles on them and aren't all shiny and new? How about towing old caravans, not everyone can afford new cars or caravans.
These tests for me are almost null and void. I cant belive non of your tests apear to be done in the wet, this doesnt give enough benefit to 4WD. The worst case senarios, where your saftey realy matters will be in the wet, what if I am on a CL site (on a field) and it rains the night before, please consider this.
These so called expert don't tell you which cars they don't test..very limited information..For instance buying a 4x4 if your Rallying is a must..otherwise your going to get stuck in a wet field.. I'm sorry you don't need to buy a large heavy car to own a 4x4 Crazy BMW has rear wheel drive not a chance off road..and the cost who can afford one of these. !!!!!!!????????
One of the funniest things I've ever seen on YT....
You should review wining cars from 10 years ago and see where they stand now from a reliability perspective.
Im driving around in a 2L turbo 2003 Picasso. Love to them do a budget version of this.
Yeah because not everyone have the money to buy a 2023 model
How about peugetot 3008? Probsbly best valuae, light suv for towing. What do you think?
The guy sitting on the left needs to loosen up a bit.... 😂😂😂

Forgot to mention the ever increasing popularity of multi seat commercial vehicles, which are considerably cheaper than many cats on offer here
