I purchased a large tract from this company 4 years ago and then, as now, you have to be quick! If you are ready to pull the trigger, I recommend getting on their mailing list which will send you an email as soon as it is posted on RUclips. In my case, I think the post was less than 10 minutes old when I sent my deposit. Legit company and beautiful land.

Is there a precipice behind the trees in front where the driveway ends? Man! What do you do with that crevice hole in the ground? Ia all the 5 acres comprised of a heap of piled on dirt? I want to know what is under the dirt! I imagine that moutaun of dirt, sime day, just slidding downhill over peoples houses and property!

Unfortunately no. We sell land, mainly, in the Ozarks of Southern Missouri and Arkansas.
