I saw this last night, and noticed how he says " I miss yo, Jordan" it was so sweet.
Usually Conan can joke around with his staff but the distance had made him miss his staff so much he broke his public image and admitted he missed his staff. He's such an adorably lively man!
Knowing the fact that Jordan is more or less playing an exaggerated version of himself and has broken character in the past makes these bits so much funnier.

I feel like Conan is depressed at home. He probably really misses his employees like Jordan and Sona. Normally Conan is pretty rude and unhappy to see Jordan, but this time eventhough Conan is still making fun of Jordan, I feel that Conan actually misses Jordan a lot lol and that this meeting made Conan happy again. Everyone please. Jordan is playing the classic role of a straight man to a joker. He is exaggerating for effect. This is not really him, it is a persona that he has created for Conan. Because Conan’s humour is so lively, physical and obnoxious, Jordan reacts in a deadpan manner which makes both Jordan funny for not reacting and Conan’s childlike desire for impish humour that much funnier. It is like two professionals jamming through comedy. They both support each other. It is just as tough to be deadpan and straight as it is to be “the funny one”. This is Abbot and Costello all over again. Love it.

What's funniest is that interaction makes no sense, hear me out. It's like when you're at the airport and you say "you too" when the person at the ticket desk says "have a nice flight" before you board the plane.
It's so perfectly Jordan and Conan that it _kinda_ makes sense, but the wording is awkward, because that's just how these two diametrically opposite people communicate, and it's perfect.

It's more so that he has a problem of correctly aligning his mouth according to the projectile's trajectory as well as the timing of opening his mouth.
So it boils down geometry and reflexes - although you can hold your mouth open the whole time you're trying to catch the treat - so you don't need much reflexes.
My favourite moment was actually right at the end when Conan said he missed him. Despite all the jokes there is genuine affection there. It was very sweet.
