I had the our generation dolls as a kid. I wanted an American Girl doll, but they were expensive so my parents got me an our generation and it made me just as happy. I love how much detail goes into the pieces
Always wanted an American Girl Molly doll as a kid, but my parents couldn't afford her. Then she was discontinued for a while (the company has since brought her back), so I thought I'd never get her.
Then they introduced their 80s doll and one of her accessories that you could buy was a mini Molly for your doll. Went to my local American Girl store (which has since closed) and bought Mini Molly. I was grinning ear to ear the whole time.
Dr. Lisa and Fresh are coming for my whole wallet this season 😂

I’m happy to see Antonio Juan showing at toy fair. There are a large amount of extremely beautiful vinyl doll companies that come out of Western Europe, especially Spain (Paola Reina, Llorens, Marina & Pao, Asi, the list goes on and on). I’ve noticed they tend to focus on a wide array of baby dolls, child fashion dolls generally in the 12-18” size range, and a few more stylized, less realistic child and baby doll types. I’ve noticed in the last few years more American boutique style companies have started stocking a few of the lines and I look forward to seeing them become more widely distributed in the US.
Unrelated: I am so here for all the retro rainbow brite, strawberry shortcake, and my little pony. Now we just need some retro styled Care Bears (mini plush, mini figures and Playsets).
I agree, happy to see a doll line like Antonio Juan in person. I have to look into possibly reviewing them. I want more collectors to see them.

I haven’t been collecting dolls lately I did buy 2 shadow high dolls. But I really like those rainbow brite dolls and the strawberry shortcake dolls. Those are very nostalgic to me. When I turned 6 in 1986 my mom threw me a strawberry shortcake party ❤

Some great new things coming out .Love loads of the dolls and cuddliest too.But I cannot believe they are bringing the Teletubbies out again over there.We stopped them here in the U.K. because there was no dialect.Mums were complaining because they made noises not spoke ,therefore they were not educational.And it’s a U.K. program if I remember correctly . It was a long time ago when it was on over here.Thanks for taking us around 🥰
When I was a kid, I had some dolls called "Lookin' Pretty", which were smaller dolls similar to Style Bae with colorform clothes. They were maybe 8 inches tall and super fun!

Please show your horror collectables! I love my dolls, I collect mostly Bratz, some Barbie and LOL but horror figures have my ❤! I have hundreds of horror DVDs and shelfs full of figures and merch.

I wasn't a huge baby doll fan but I started collecting American Girl last year and I like My Life As. I did get all of the #ITGirls and I really love Kindi Kids

Lots of fun new stuff!! I have to say though that it really irks me when companies come out with new doll lines and NO outfits to go with them!! Fresh Beats are really cute dolls but C'MON........give us some outfits too! Glad to see a white doll included in this line as well. Will definitely be getting her.....
How was the hair quality on the Style Bae dolls? My daughter has a doll by Just Play, it’s Mira from the Disney show “Mira, Royal Detective” and she honestly has the NICEST hair of any of her dolls. It is siiiiilky soft and not frizzy at all no matter how much she brushes it. Love.

Could you imagine if Mattel put the gay male designer's faces on the Barbie boxes? Or even Ruth Handler's?! I like The Fresh Dolls a lot, and I love it that the Fresh Beats dolls are Bratz/Rainbow High knockoffs and MGA can't do one thing about it, but I don't need Dr. Lisa's egomaniac face on the front of the box.

I've been seeing more baby Dolls at Walmart I can see why cause theirs a new generation who are at the age of playing with baby dolls. I have 2 nieces oldest is going to be 3 and every thing is a baby right now cause her little sister who's now 1 and the girls love monster high and just baby dolls
