I just tried a similar dish in America! I made it with a black bean noodle, steamed slivered cabbage, drizzled in sesame seed oil while steaming, and plated atop pieces of watermelon and its juice. Then poured, to my discretion, tiger sauce on top for a nice spice with a bit of sweet heat. Thanks for taking me along! They have such interesting food, ie. the dish you just featured and killed!! There are a lot of Korean markets here and I like cooking Korean food, the restaurants don't have a lot of vegan options here in NZ unfortunately. Really glad I found you=)
