The thing that sort of made me interested in this video was that Spain generally doesn’t have a culture of eating on the street, meals are sacred, so people don’t eat standing or in public generally unless it’s in a restaurant, older generations even consider it generally bad manners, “maleducado”, to eat in public on the street, so I was curious what “street food” you had identified
I was testing out my Spanish with this video to see if I understood things, I am trying to learn Spanish so this was fun, along with seeing the delicious food :)
We loved our visits to Barcelona! The old town area was Awesome! I just making huge Pineapple fritters right now! A sweet batter, they will have a dip in a mix of Cinnamon and icing Sugar. The Grand children love these. 😀👍👍👍
6 euros for that tapa!! Blimey, I havent been down there for years and I had no idea how expensive it was now! Also, fuet is not chorizo, its a different type of sausage
Everything in that market is too expensive, Bro. You can save more money if you shop somewhere more modest, and you'll have more money to have fun wherever you go.
There is nothing with this market that even comes close to street food. They have no idea how to make roast beef. Also, microwaving the meat says it all. This market is just a huge tourist trap.
Just to add, in fact, proper street food is not allowed in Barcelona. There is "street food festivals" sometimes at specific places, but you will never have a real street food experience in Barcelona year around, which really sucks.
The meat you have on thumb nail is 8€ not 3… you spend in that market fortune. 5 for 4-5 strawberries? You can have 5 bowls of fruit and veg on open markets in London for 5 quid. No matter how good food tasted. It’s a scam.
The cono fuet, is a cone of fuet. It’s the type of cured meat. Chorizo is chorizo, fuet is fuet.

Ummmmm Oh my god!
The CH in BARRACHINA is pronounced like in CHIN. So it's barra-CHEENa, not barra-kina.
That's a surname, the stall owner probably.
Ah thank you
