Hi tamara! Yes due the pandemic lots of products from China were in shortage that’s why chanel ran out of chains. And another thing i noticed your bags are storaged really closed to each other, it’s important that you have air circulation between them and check often if they are ok, once it can grow mold or other nasty things due humidity etc.

My favorites are the olive green classic flap, the Chanel XXL [so happy to hear this one was not taken!!!], and that blush colored boy bag! I love silver hardware - I like the edginess it gives certain bags. This was a cool video for me because I only discovered you about a one or two years ago, so a lot of these bags I had never seen before!

Tamara, my Chanel SA gave me a little clip to shorten the chain on my mini flap. It came in a little chanel pouch so it's an official product. It is like tying it up on the inside

I was looking at a gorgeous, very expensive mini flap on display and I mentioned that I wear my mini flap with the chain rapped round the flap to make it shorter and my SA pulled it out of her bag and gave it to me. It's interesting because I didn't get my mini flap from the shop, I got it on vestiare collective. Also I am not a big spender (by Chanel standards) I only buy slgs as I love them more than the bags and I have to consider my budget. I am in England, I don't know if they have them anywhere else. They do come in silver or gold colours.

Nice to see you again in the usual British surroundings, especially for some of us who have been following you for years! I do believe that the Chanel Boy bag has been over saturated, but the beige/creamy one you have is pure perfection! The iridescent classic flap with the unicorn hardware is absolutely amazing and I do remember how excited you were for this acquisition especially after the tragic incident of the robbery. For me any classic Chanel even the jumbo one is a worthy investment. However, the pieces have escalated dramatically and for the life of me I cannot fathom why. Perhaps, the house would like to reach the standards of Hermès and there is a deliberate attempt to make their products less feasible. Whatever their strategy, the house is emblematic! I feel your pain with the slow Chanel repair service 😩 One of the clasps on the strap for my mini coco handle broke and it's been with them for almost 2 years now...and I'm still waiting lol. Hope you have better luck!

And the Gabrielle is cool because it can never go out of style as much as others because it never got as popular.. the many ways of wearing it are really cool.
