As everyone else is saying they are incredible live performers. I would very highly recommend checking out the live version of Trees (also from Fox theater) rather than a lyric video. i think the fox theatre live performances are all worth checking out but Goner, Trees, Holding On To You, Ride and Tear in my Heart-Live at Fox are particularly good.
They are the best live band that I have ever seen. They give so much energy to the crowd and the crowd gives it right back to them. The Clancy Tour was the most amazing show I have been to in a very long time.
It’s a rare thing, but Twenty One Pilots is almost always better live than the studio. I always recommend once you’ve heard the studio version, go check a live version out after. They never miss, and Tyler’s voice is impeccable live.

Honestly, their live shows are the best! There’s enough energy to power the sun. Going to their concert recharges your internal battery like no other, it’s the ultimate therapy session. Lol Check out the Heathens / Stranger Things Mashup they did in Romania. If you want another energy-filled performance. Also, their live stuff should be on your list. They’re too good to skip. 💛

Great video. This song is a prayer to God in my opinion. “I want to be known by you- don’t let me be a goner.” He’s crying out to God. Imagine how he feels as an entire crowd sings that with him. A song/prayer he probably wrote late at night from the depth of his heart in his bedroom, when he was feeling hopeless. Beautiful to see how he’s pushed through and goes on to help others with the struggles that he’s dealt with.
What you hear live is not going to be same thing as the studio recording because they aren't the kind of band who come out on stage, play the songs identical to the record, wave at the crowd and then walk off. 🙂The fact that Tyler said they write songs with the live performance in mind should tell you everything. They also make new backing tracks for the tours so the arrangements are often different and the performances are always super energetic.

Im almost glad i didn't know them in 2015 because IF I MISSED THIS BACK THEN... i would have never forgiven myself... at least i will get to see them in may tho :))
