- This is the Chest Workout chapter of Craig Titus’ “The Video” dvd. This is the only dvd that Mocvideo has done of an Amateur bodybuilder. Ironically Craig earns his Pro Card at the end of this dvd.

And to think when this was taken Craig was less than 10 years from owning a massive million dollar home in Las Vegas, becoming one of the top pros, then committing a murder and getting arrested. At the time of this video he was just another 29-30yr old guy living the bb'ing dream. Cruising around Venice in his old Suzuki Samurai, hooking up with incredible fitness models, bouncing at the clubs, and living in a haze of heavy pump workouts and suntan lotion. This was the golden age of bodybuilding.

Just heard about him in a true crime documentary. Exactly correct. The dizzying highs to the bottom lows, probably fighting in the yard every week for an extra block of Ramen noodles.

Im guessing the one he is driving in this video is the 1995 model .
The younger folks dont know nothing about it tho because Suzuki is not present in the USA since 2012.

@@MocvideoProductions He’s eligible for parole in 2026, but that doesn’t mean he will be released. He will be 59 by then, and probably won’t care to go back to bodybuilding or the limelight. He’s a murderer and deserves to stay in for life.

Was doing drugs with his wife and a girl. The young girl OD and died. Being high out of his mind and a moron he attempted to cover it up. At least the story I heard.

They strangled the girl and murdered her with a morphine overdose. Then wrapped her head with duct tape and burned her in a Jaguar to cover up the crime.

I always thought Titus had a shitty chest. Lower pecs were always saggy. Looks like he went weight over full range of motion.
