It took me a little bit of fiddling to figure out adjusting the grind, the arrow in their directions on how to adjust is pointing the opposite direction of what it should be, which did not help. Once I got it figured out, it was easy to adjust. Now I get consistently cracked peppercorns. The product worked so well, I purchased other Procizion products, like their XL wool dryer balls.
