Thanks for all your videos, like them a lot! This one and the other ones you made of this movement are fantastic! They got me to like this alarm watches a lot. To the point that I got a few of them. In need of a lot of help but somehow I'll manage. Do you know where can I get the outer bezel for the 4006-6029? The watch i got doesn't have it. If you can help me with that, it will be highly appreciated! By the way love the snoring of your dogs! They bring happy memories of my dog!!
Thank you so much for all the kind sentiments and for watching the videos. Glad they helped to inspire you to find a watch! Sadly, I don’t have any spare parts for that particular bellmatic. I would check eBay for what you are looking for. Who knows, something may pop up! Best of luck.
Just took my fully functional Seiko 4006-6080 to the local watch shop to get cleaned and serviced and they told me without even looking at or verifying what seiko it was they wouldn't touch it because it was too "complicated" then told me I could take it elsewhere but it would probably be too "expensive" lol. Didn't want to work on it myself but I don't want to mail it in someplace either.
@@BlairWatchProject Do you think a nh-35/36 would fit in a bellmatic? i know i would be deleting the alarm. I've researched a little and not finding much on the subject.
@@richardbently7236 it’s very very unlikely. The 4006a is an enormous movement and that is a very unlikely scenario considering the presence of the alarm ring needing to be in place for things to fit in the case properly.
I'm a proud owner of a 1967 27 jewels JDM bell matic.
Thanks for this, I will be servicing a BellMatic (my own) in a week or so and will be by far the most complicated watch I have worked on so far.
They are not for the faint of heat ;-)
@@BlairWatchProject I have just bought a scrapper from the bay to practice on before I start on my own which is in nice working condition.
@@carlrees5574 best of luck with it!
Hi. I own a Bellmatic. Can you get that Serviced and Restored for me?

What would the costs of service for this watch be? Looks complicated

Is this watch for sale?
No. This was a customer’s watch.
You sound like my doctor
I’ll take that as a complement. Funny enough, I am a doctor, but just not the kind that helps people.
