Walking pneumonia. Most of the population has no idea this the most common form of pneumonia. I've done years of research on this subject. You can have this type of pneumonia and not even exhibit symptoms, or at least realize you're exhibiting symptoms. Damaged lungs can also be susceptible to viral intrusion. Live viral strains entering the bloodstream will cause a severe immune response, much like sepsis.

In 2022 I catched mycoplasma because of water while I was in the bathroom, I suddenly had a super high fever and vomited, and I couldn’t stand up, high white blood cells, dry kidney, I had to have water in my bloodstream, thanks for the info.

It's actually a sneaky bacteria. First, it stays on the surface of your lungs. After a while, your immune system starts acting to remove the bacteria and so what it does is it moves from living on the surface of your lung cells to living *inside* your lung cells; this is why it is asymptomatic and is known as "Walking Pneumonia"
