Hey man! New subscriber. Binged a bunch of videos today. Wondering how can I identify what type of grass my lawn is? Is there a fairly easy what to determine this? My main concern is making sure that when I sheet mulch for my new garden area (expanding), that I'm not wasting my energy trying to kill off something that sheet mulching wont kill. My previous garden space was a 12ft by 12ft space and I had just removed the top layer of sod but that's not practical for a bigger space. Sorry for the paragraph lol. Appreciate you!

Thank you! It’ll work but it’s usually not best. I would look for something with a manure type base if possible.
