I wont say I 'enjoyed' the short film as it was sad and poignant, and I've had too many unhappy things happen in my life to enjoy this. But, and a huge but... this was well done and will strike a deep chord with many others viewing this. Someone criticised the way the light became much darker but it was an excellent way to portray his darkening mood, aspiration and despair. We're left at the end wondering what will happen between these two. Not every story needs a tidy sum-up and happy ending. Well done!
Either the relationship was over, but any of them were prepared to say it clearly... or she's completely depressed by living in a so chaotic crowded town.
So I assume he's viewing a flat, specifically to buy, as they've obviously living together now. And she gets cold feet. Simple. However, unless you're trying to make it a mystery and throw in red herrings, then there are two flaws. First, why is the 'agent' using the term 'session', it would be 'viewing'. And second, how is he given such a ridiculously long period of time to look around, what with the changes in lighting etc.
The world outside the flat seemed to be moving, whilst this couple's world was in stasis. It was grey and empty and just how things are. Very clever.

Hope it gets better for you, go easy on yourself. Every mood and situation comes with an expiry. Have a wonderful day
open honest communication is vital for all our relationships ... not quite sure why these two were torturing each other!
The guy should run away from this woman as fast as he can

A bit raw--emotionally, and quite touching. Well done!

Perhaps its more surreal than natural... ;)
Artistic license
So what exactly was that all about.
Exactly!😂
Tell me you've never been in a rough patch in a relationship without telling me.
