Here is a fun fact. Over in the UK they used to have a policy that if someone on a motorcycle scooter or four-wheeler had a helmet on the police cars can take them out. Bad guys known for being very "intelligent"figure it out if they just did not wear helmets and just covered their face with a cloth than the police cannot crash into them. Last year that changed. Helmet or no helmet the police have the right to stop you anyway they can.
People robbing other people and using scooters to get away was getting out of control over in the UK. That's the reason they changed their policy. The number dropped almost 70% from the previous year of people running from the police on two-wheeler or four wheelers.

That bike is a complete Ninja! I had a friend who rode one and it was pure mental. He went past me one day and it blew my doors off. I don't actually understand the need for that kind of speed but, I imagine, it's a free country.
