@@TheTequilaHombre Thanks for the reply Mark. I will seriously think about becoming a member once I have tried a quality tequila and mezcal. So far I have only tried Don Julio and Patron in shots. I live in NW Minnesota and there is not much choice in the small town where I live. I'm hoping that I can convince the liquor store and the Mexican restaurant where we eat to start carrying/serving quality tequila. Thanks again for your videos and your critiques. I'm pretty sure that I will find pleasure in my new journey and I am glad that you will be along for the ride.

I think you're right on the price point holding this one back. I think some taters bought it expecting it to sell out and I've seen it available for a lot less than 140 or 150. At 100 or so out the door I think it's a great buy, I really enjoy it

Can't argue with the Hombre's honest take, at $150 US the juice has to be special. Too much well made, quality juice to justify paying up - even for an iconic traditional brand. Also, really appreciate your insights with the marketing spin on "Criollo" Blue Weber agave.

I was waiting for this review, I Buy it 1 month ago and it was very disappointed, I surprised how a lot of people rating 96 to 99, this is a 89 for me at most, so know I know the Tequila Hombre is the good one! Thank you for the honest review!

Does the criollo agave have a higher sugar content? Is the regular siete luguas tahona crushed? Excellent review as always!
No, it's just smaller than the regular agave. Yes, regular siete is a blend between 2 factories. I has a tahona and one a roller mill.
I like this Blanco. Could be cheaper.

Is there a way to know what states this is coming too? In another review, Texas wasn’t mentioned.
I'm sure it will be in Texas. If not you can always order it in Ferment and Still. With 40k bottles there will be plenty.

Yep.. Sophie is just an amazing biochemist.. It's the fermentation that made the difference on that tequila.
Hombre, is it worth the $115 you'd normally pay for it in Atotonilco? That's about what I paid last time I was there (late Sept/early October).
No. I don't think so. It's a nice $65 Blanco.
When are you going to have Calle 23 criollo if there are any lol?
Criollo is gone. If you are expecting the same thing with this... you are going to be extremely disappointed.
I was highly disappointed by this release, I thought it might be on par with the calle23 criollo... it wasn't.. not even close, I would skip on this and try to find a calle23 criollo, I paid 120 for my bottle I wouldn't buy another at that price.

Wow this really sucked. Not worth the price just like I thought. Maybe at 75-80 would be a better price point for this.
