I first heard of Haben Girma today. I'm so glad I did. I'm also happy to see her speaking out for people with disabilities. I want to hear more people stand up and be a voice for the disabled.....equal opportunities, accessible products and services, inclusiveness, etc..
I loved her talk but I had to wonder about the Q&A requiring people to get up on stage. As a wheelchair user, I had to wonder whether the stage was accessible. They seldom are.
