What's remarkable is in an age of "influencers'" and fake pros, you begin to appreciate what's clearly real. I'm sure that I'm among many retired professionals who recognize this as authentic. Wishing you guys continued success in business and in "telling stories". You do both quite well.

A big cake duster sieve would be good for that, or like a sandblaster type setup using a venturi to throw the powder would be cool.

Im curious what the price psf you are charging in socal? I live in ohio we are between 9-10psf. We primarily use 6.5 sack 4000 psi with 10 gauge wire and always use a synthetic sealer right after we pour

I think that's a great price! Considering the quality of artistry AND the actual build quality! It's really fantastic!
Now all the outdoor space shown here, plus what is planned for the rest of the property, well it's gonna be a SHOW STOPPER!
      ~
Where I live in the PNW, that would be a $5 million dollar home lol!
Ok, that's a bit of an exaggeration, BUT STILL!!
      ~~
I just wrote a rent check for $3,200, for a reasonably nice but not luxurious by any means, 2 bdr / 2 bath Apartment with balconies. It is in a VERY lovely neighborhood and overall setting. VERY dog friendly and lots of restaurants and quiet doctors/clinics/services etc.
But the rent has been going up since the end of Covid.
May's rent included the newest increase of $130.
I have always lived alone here~ rent was $1400 when I got here 7 yrs ago😳!
      YIKES!
      ~~
      BUT!
TO me, our Country's Financial Climate at this point, means that improvements & builds like the ones you do,
make a HUGE difference, and it's an EXCELLENT VALUE based on EXPENSE VERSUS RETURN!
THANKS for sharing on your Channel, I'm a new SUB!
      ~~
Yah I do always go on and on and on, it's a thing, I gotta get my thoughts
out of my head, to clear my head! Just ignore!
      HAVE a GREAT WEEK GUYS!
      M
