I L.O.V.E. this project! Y’all did a super great job…the wonderful French drain, the huge concrete patio, with the beautiful brick edging! I bet they’re super happy with the whole thing! ❤❤❤Oh yeah, and golf!!⛳️
Great work as always! Wish I could find decent contractors near me. Tell your dad to get back to work he’s too young to retire!! Lol could you have added a triangle wooden truss across the corners to stretch it up?
I really like that you guys pour the ribbons as a mono slab! I've seen that done so much over the years and always either seperate or non at all and just poured a small bed of concrete about an inch thick and set in pavers/brick and after a few years, if just set in small bed of crete-2 years max, and if seperate, ussually around 5 years, it starts to sink in and fast and then bricks crack and come out in chunks and it looks lik crap... If its a driveway, it does fbreak and fall apart super fast, like within 2 years or so you start to see signs of issues forming. Your slabs will stay the same for the life of the slab!!! The detail of roundover of the groute to match the concrete lines was awesome!!! that looks absolutely awesome and a really nice touch to it!
Thank goodness for your mental health and wallet this guy wasn't a crazy nutzoid rip off artist like the last two jobs that stiffed you and couldn't make up their minds or had to micromanage. 👍
Beautiful work. It's nice to see a project go from neglected backyard to high-end hotel courtyard look. The land and weather there is such a different world than me too. On a below average year of rainfall, we'll still get 60 inches of rain in a year. I have to fight back the trees and plants that grow naturally around my house. So, it's fascinating for me to see yard solutions in an arid climate.
Excellent work. I dont know how you guys can rod so smooth without a guide board. I am no expert but we usually use a stake on top of the rod to guide our depth. But yours looks pretty level without it. Great work. Should last for many years. Great Job....I have no idea how someone could figure they are entitled not to pay you. Just floors me.
@@OscarMendez-n9k Agreed. 99% of the concrete companies I’ve seen or worked with in my area make a wet screed with grade pins and rod off that. Never seen roding on top of a set 2x4 until I started watching the California concrete channels.
Great as usual :) I don't know anything about the cost of these jobs. I was curious an average of what a 3ft X 65ft sidewalk path for a home would cost. Just a basic cement and nothing fancy on it.
Lol, that square of sand you guys ropped off and made level first at 10:27 reminded me of the rick and morty into where rick makes a spot in the garage "True Level" and morty went crazy after standing on it.
When I was cleaning up my backyard about 25 years ago I found an animal sarcophagus. It was a Best Foods mayonnaise jar with a dearly departed hamster inside.
Bloody freaking legend 👏 full sending never lifting 😏 🤙 mobbin deep 🙌 got them skills to pay them bills came out great have fun at world of concrete bro ty for video yaeeyaae
As a contractor myself, your concrete work is always on point. I'm almost sure its because of my climate in the north east but we get certified to do turf very different but nonetheless, looks great!

Looks GREAT. You all are true professionals. Keep the variety coming.
Thank you very much
Beautiful job Tyler and crew 💕👏👍 did the French drain and others hook up and go out to the front street?
Yes and yes
Great work as always! Wish I could find decent contractors near me. Tell your dad to get back to work he’s too young to retire!! Lol could you have added a triangle wooden truss across the corners to stretch it up?
Thats what im saying hahaha. We probably could have but the homeowner insisted that was fine.
Turned out so nice!!! Can’t wait to see how it looks with a nice patio cover which will make it wonderful for year round use!!
Thanks so much! 😊

Really looks great Tyler. Concrete came out great, the "grass" looks awesome and the putting greens...what's not to like! Nice job!
Thanks 👍
Another excellent job.
You should really be proud of your guys.
Well done.

Beautiful job. I like the brick border.
thank you it adds a nice touch
You guys do really nice professional work, It's great to see the beginning-to-end process! Nice Job guys!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice work. I'm surprised the homeowner wanted such small putting greens. I would have made them much bigger.
Yes I concur. They changed the design last minute and insisted for smaller holes

Yes it is unfortunate there is people like that. We also use screed pins to guide our levels. We just didn't have the stake on top of the rod
Well i dont know what world you living in .. Been rodding concrete like that for years..

Awesome job my brother.👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you 🇺🇸
Great work guys. Taking over like a boss Tim
Greetings from Southern California
The Masonry Company
With some tie wire you can triple it up and run it from corner to corner to help tarp not to sag in the middle
Yes very true as well
Honest work and workers..........no shortcuts here!
You got it!
Good work and that guy made brick cake 😁😁
Yummy
Amazing work
thank you
another great video, thank you.
thanks for watching!

Probably looking at about 4k
Best concrete outfit in the area !
No doubt!
Man you guys are amazing- beautiful work! Wish I could hire you to do the same to my house in Japan. Keep making vids!
Maybe one day! Thanks!
Beautiful pleasing results:)
Thank you! Cheers!
I’m curious is rebar always required for any concrete work? Or will it be ok for certain situations?
not required in this but it is definitely recommended
I think Timmy needs some time at the golf course after the videos of the last job. Looks good mate 🤙
Id have to agree! Hahaha
Lol, that square of sand you guys ropped off and made level first at 10:27 reminded me of the rick and morty into where rick makes a spot in the garage "True Level" and morty went crazy after standing on it.
Hahah right on 👍
You don’t like using the swing trowel or swing float before jumping on it? Looks fresh tho. Great job.
funny float and funny trowel?
like the long wide edger never used one like that. Much easer to use that and a Fresno to smooth that slab out. Then do too much knee boarding.
Exactly it is nice
I’m ready for the alumawood patio cover video!
Sweet it will make the backyard nice!
Like always great job 👍
Thanks again!
Damn, is there anything you guys can't do? Nice job, it really turned out fantastic.
Not that I'm aware of.

Cool, thanks
It almost looks like you guys have done that before 😊 nice work.
I appreciate that!
good stuff.....cheers from Central Florida, Paul
Rock on!
Great Work !!!
Thank you! Cheers!
a french drain is a gravel ditch with perforated pipe, what you have installed is a channel drain
Yes you are correct! My fault
@@OdellCompleteConcrete Where does the channel drain drain to?
@@jasonfournier city sidewalk gutter
Great job. House has kinda weird setup though with the garage opening to his back yard.
Ty
Looks great.. you showed us your work.. how about a pricing estimated not giving us the real price, so we can contract contractors for price quotes...
About 30k
Great work!
Thank you! Cheers!
I Love your videos and work ethic! Keep up the good work man!!! 🙏🏻
Hope to one day save money so you can do my backyard 😊
God bless you! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Maybe one day! Thank you! 🙏
lovely job
Thank you! Cheers!
Good stuff my friend.
Thanks for the visit
Are you located in Chicago?
we are located in southern California
Straight on top of clay?? No gravel sub base?? Also something that big should have wire mesh instead of re-bar
Not wire mesh. We do all of our loads with fiber mesh and rebar
No gravel?
What would the price be for just the concrete pad same size?
probably 8-9k
Thanks
How much for something like this?
25k
That's insane
Suppose to be Trench Drain / Channel Drain not French Drain ( subsurface systems )right? Unless I heard it wrong 🫠
True
Look great.
Thanks!
Is road base not needed under the slab?
Not where we are no
Nice finish ! ( like the 'linear' ( not french) drain)
Yes channel drain
Why didn’t you clean the mud off when you were edging??
We did clean it before hand it looked a little dirty
Good pour 👍🏽
Thank you 🙏
Superior!
Thanks!
What is the Price......
Yo yo! What’s the camera set up and mic that you use for these vids?

What city is your company from?
huntginton beach, ca
@@OdellCompleteConcrete thanks bro! Love the channel.🤘🏽
Such as an odd patio and putting green configuration
yes i concur, homeowner request, cant do anything about that
great job, homeowner has never golfed in there life......tragic greens.

yes
Get paid on this one! OSS
Yes we got paid!!
Awesome ..

PS- RIP 🐶💀. Hope u reburied him 🙏
Yes a proper concrete burial
The hole should be at one end of the green
Yes or each hole should be different placed
💯👊
Thanks brotha 👊
👍👍
👍👍
looks expensive
Nice
I hope you reburied the remains under the slab.
We gave him a nice concrete tomb
💪💪💪💪👍
👍
Not my cup of tea but you did a fine job.
Thanks!
Great job, and sounds like an good customer to work with, not the crook Tim hae to deal with.
Yes that guy was insane
one of the former occupants of that residence might have buried their pet dog long time ago.... 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Thats what im thinking
It must be nice to have the money to have everything hired done for you.
Yes I suppose it would be
Great work. But can't buy taste, lol.
Fair enough!
Please, sir, it's 2024. We prefer to call it "concrete of color."
