It's a first stage metacritical analysis of both the form and of the subject matter. There, your ass is covered from here on out.
Every reactor is different, but when they all react to the same thing, you are bound to see similarities. It is when you compare them side by side you can see the unique artistic flare they bring to their own creations, and you can also see what a react channel is not sufficiently transformative to differentiate itself from everyone else out there.
The first stage of doing the analysis is picking a data point of interest you'll use as the axis of comparison, in this case a low note as it's your special focus and something we're hardwired to respond to, and packaging the reactions in a way that they can be easily compared to each other. Your work here is transformative as it cannot serve as a replacement for any of the sampled videos in their entirety.
And I've officially overthought this. XD Just pointing the way in case a react channel gets butthurt.
I know the last note is mightily impressive, but the B4 he belts right before is really insane too
B4 to an E1 in under 10 seconds.
I keep looking for people to react to that because he legitimately jumped 3 notes up and then landed three notes down in the span of like 15 seconds.
@@sersastark In Voiceplay's Hoist The Colours, he hits a low note and slides it up 2 full octaves without a pause. It's not so much his low range I'm impressed with, since I can get most of those notes myself, even the last one here, It's the ease that he can switch up and down several octaves.
I can get to D1 fairly easily, thanks to his tutorial videos, but anything above A3 and my voice cracks.

I love that you can totally tell that the harmonics are leading towards that note, theoretically, your head expects a low note there, but you can't actually imagine it properly until it's sung and it. blows. my mind. every freaking time.

ha me too, he's got a full 4 full steps of bass lower than me, and his high range is just so much better
And causes earthquakes just by talking. Listen to his tutorial videos. When he talks, tie down your bass speaker.
He is 5 semitones below me in chest and 2 above me in falsetto, but his chest voice starts higher and clearer than mine.
Well he can sing lower anyway.

I'm a baritone. I managed that note once. I was very drunk (loose cords) and managed to hold it for a second. It was wobbly.
The average singer can sing 2 octaves.
Very skilled singers can sing 3 octaves.

On the HIGHLY unlikely chance that anyone doesn't know that note a the end that is an E1 (which I didn't know human voices could EVER reach)

Geoff didn't use sub harmonics to hit that last note. That was a chest note. A 'B flat 1', which very few people in the world can hit.

The last note is a subharmonic E1 (Geoff himself confirmed it in is Q&A part 2). B flat 1 wouldn‘t make any sense either because they are in E minor (the notes of the last chord are E1 (Geoff), G4 (J None), B4 (Eli) and E5 (Earl)).
