The 1k club 🙌 growing up we had a dairy goat farm. Ate all the young weathers. Lots of milk and cheese. Lately we’ve been slicing meat see thru thin and making chips with it. Fantastic.
Hey Matt. Kinda pleased with 1,000 but the majority of the views l get are unsuited folk do it's a cliché but it really is just a number. I've had to wait some time to do some goat jerky because it's not very popular in the UK. I managed to get some from an Asian store when l dropped my son at university.
@@theoutdoortraditionalist - what about those meat sticks made with ground meat stuffed into a casing? Would goat be more suited to that? I've always heard that goat is tougher meat, so I'd think having it ground up would improve that.

I love goat Jerky but it's my number 5 in my Jerky book. Deer is number 1 .
Absolutely agree venison is #1. I'd be interested to hear your top five.
Deer elk pronghorn mule deer . Bear ok but alot of work. Haven't done wild bore yet but I have tried it from other people .
