Thank you, this is very helpful. I’ve just ordered the Open Minded Tarot Work Book and the Open Minded Tarot Practical Guide. I’ve been looking for ages for something like this.
Thank you for watching. I like working with your books, they give me some really good questions to reflect on. I wish I could have had these books at the beginning of my tarot journey, they make learning the cards so much fun. :-)
@@ladyknightofavalon That's so nice of you to say! Actually, the inspiration behind each was the same - wishing there had been these types of books when I first started with tarot in the early 2000s...
The funny thing is that I went shopping for some art supplies yesterday to try some of the arts & crafts ideas in the Activity book and then I get a message from you the same day :-) Interesting how synchronicity works sometimes. It's been a minute or two since I drew or painted something, since I mostly do paper crafting/scrapbooking, but I am intersted to see what I can come up with :-)
Thanks for sharing this! I have the Psychic Tarot book but to be honest, I never really got into it :\ Seeing this video makes me feel like maybe I should give it another run. I also don't like blank spaces in tarot books; I rather buy tarot printables. The Tarot Activity Book has a lovely cover -- super attracted to it rn hahahaha. Journaling the Tarot seems like a good book too. The Open Minded Tarot: Workbook is super cheap on the Kindle -- super tempting.
I was specifically looking for books that would give me exercises to think about the cards and so far the open minded tarot workbook has not let me down :-) Also the books from Andy Matzner are good books for journaling or just sitting with the cards for a while.
Thank you. Out of respect for the authors I didn't want to show to much because of copyright. I just wanted to give a short review and overview of what is out there :-) Thank you for watching.
Hi there, the only other workbook I added to the mix is the one that belongs to the Art History Tarot for Past Lives. And that one is very specific to past life readings, but so far I like working with it.
Thank you for your clear review and walk-through of these books. I’m ready to explore books which go beyond tarot card meanings to help me work with and bond with my cards. I appreciate knowing which ones offer best value and why. I have put some of these books on my Amazon Wish List for 2020 now. 😉
You are welcome, glad I could help. Yes, sometimes books promise a lot but then, once you have them, don't live up to the expectation. So I am always glad if amazon gives a quick glance into the books to help with that decision. But sometimes they show so few pages, now I know why :-)
Hi. Thank you so much for sharing. Your compiled review is of so much help.🙏love from India
My pleasure, I hope it helps narrow down what people are looking for :-) Thank you for stopping by.
I find that workbooks are best in spiral form. Then you can easily make a copy of the given workspreads to use for multiple decks.

I'm glad this video could help :-) That was exactly why I made it. I hope you'll enjoy working with your new book. Thank you for watching.
Hi LadyKnight - I just wanted to thank you for sharing my 2 books with your viewers...I am glad they resonated with you :)

When I’m not looking for my next deck I’m always looking at books. Thank you for sharing! Will be looking these up 😊
You're welcome :-) If you get any one of these, let me know what you think of them.
Thanks for the review, I've been looking for some workbooks to do more on tarot but I'm wary of all the low content books out there.
Glad I could help. Thanks for watching 💜
Thanks so much for the lovely review, and for introducing me to some new books. The Open Minded Tarot one looks fantastic!
You are welcome :-) You have created a great book that is fun to work with.
Aww yes I’ve never cut a deck but I’ve written on the back of cards
Those are some great tarot work books. 🦄
Yes some are, some not so much :-P
@@ladyknightofavalon it's one of those things where you just never know until you buy the book.
I agree. That's why I like the sneak previews into the books on amazon.

🌞👍 Thank you 🙏
Just saw this - some books are so disappointing aren’t they? Thanks for sharing!
Yes, some of them really are. I could have gotten some nice decks instead :-P
Your face is lovely but I wish you would of shown more of the books :/

Hello ! Is there new work books you liked since the time you've done this video ?
