I read a comment here from an Indian expressing like he felt offended with this vlog, please don’t be offended Brother, Francis is not messing up with your country for showing this side of India as you said, it’s rather educational/informative and he’s saying nice things about your country, culture, and people. Personally his videos made me appreciate India more, since I was a kid, my brother and I love to listen to Indian music, watch Bollywood movies and music videos with great dance choreography. Maybe you misunderstood because the language used is Tagalog/Filipino and I understand where you are coming from, good thing his next vlog has English subtitles. Peace out.✌️❤️
We are not offended, it just disturbing when someone visit your country you don't expect them to see and explore the worst parts. All the travels come to India and only interested in poor people or poor area and slums. India has a lot of beautiful areas to explore and a lot of heritage places to see being an old culture

@@tstanmoysamanta You mean slum tourism? I don’t think this qualifies as one, as slum isn’t the central theme of the visit but the laundry industry. It just happens to be in a slum.

@@tstanmoysamanta It's just reality, right? Everyone has their own way of life. Going inside the laundromat area and showing how people live gave me knowledge of its existence. I appreciate how they do hard work for their families. Also check out his other vlogs, Francis is the first vlogger that showed comfort traveling in India. His bus and train experience were different. He also focused on the Victorian architectures exist where others never showed. He is a fair vlogger.
Hey Nice you are in India, Welcome to India, Hope you have great time here, This is Great Dhobi ghat of Mahalaxmi, The area is famous for washing clothes, mostly clothes are dispatched from entire Mumbai to wash here, because In Mumbai many people stay to earn here, not necessarily they people who come from different states to Mumbai have there owned house in Mumbai, so here they send there clothes to wash!!!!!! Mumbai is place for many people across country to earn there daily bread!!!!

India has a high income disparity like in the Philippines too. What is challenging here is their huge, huge population second to China. Btw, there is a huge number of billionaires in India - Oligarchs are also high in India similar to the Philippines. Also, India has a huge number of geniuses in their population - Most of their genius citizens are working with Silicon Valleys in the US.
If India and the Philippines could only seriously copy the Poverty Alleviation and Corruption strategy designed by China, it would be great. With China's 1.4 Billion, you can no longer see a single homeless in the street of China. Imagine yourself, 800 Million Chinese people were lifted from poverty to middle class and upper class family status.

Don't know much about Philippines. But chinese strategy is hard to copy in India. China is much bigger in size so population density is very less.
Also India is a democracy. So any chinese style strategy will be challenged by really big protests from opposition party.
Thanks alot, Yes there is disparity in income in country, However huge amount of hardwork and dedication is put in by Below poverty line people, Govt working hand in hand to overcome this, However mechanism would take time, However do visit India, It's place with delicious food, Ancient Heritage and Good example of humanity and history!!
China have lifted around 800 M over a period of probably 50 years whereas India also lifted around 400M people form poverty in 30 years.....so we have done a lot but a lot more to do
Philippines is different. The poor have more leisure time than middle class. 🤣🤣

Di ako mahilig manood ng mga Filipino blog eversince kc hobby ko is watching documentaries . Pero eto si sir grabe. Napa amaze ako sa bawat content niya! Pwede na ipasok sa gma !!! 😂❤️ Akala ko rin di lang ako may fave sa INDIA . Tingin kc ng iba puro negative sa bansang yan. While growing, mas gusto kong makita ung history na meron sila. Idk since young talaga bucket list ko na bansa nila dhl sa napapanood kong docu. Some of my friends dream destination nila puro magagandang country.. while me mga gantong bansang mahihirap na merong malalim at mayaman na kultura na hindi nakikita ng iba.
