Install "How's the Weather" custom sentence automation for use with View Assist in Home Assistant

A video for installing the "How's the weather" custom sentence automation for use with View Assist in Home Assistant. A simple blueprint is easily imported into Home Assistant that becomes an automation with a few configuration options. The user can then say "How's the weather" and Assist will respond back with the current weather conditions as well as the forecast.
Note the prerequisites of the weather view and Stream Assist users must be using v2.1.0 or greater before proceeding.
