    Why does GM have board members who are responsible (partially) for stalking others?
    I hope that he will soon appear in court and news companies will show his name with the description "GM board member"

      The National Automobile Dealers Association is a cartel and those criminal wage fixing goons are robbing the technicians out.

    • @joebrenner4428
      @joebrenner4428 10 месяцев назад +1

      Nearly all skilled trades are running 30-40% gross margins,healthcare and finance are at an insane 45% and these car crooks are pushing 75% on service labor to float their sales boats.HARDCORE CARTEL CONDUCT!"Workers are entitled to the benefits of a competitive market for their services. They are harmed if companies that would ordinarily compete against each other to recruit and retain employees agree to fix wages or other terms of employment or enter into so-called “no-poaching” agreements by agreeing not to recruit each other’s employees.
      Going forward, the Justice Department intends to criminally investigate naked no-poaching or wage-fixing agreements that are unrelated or unnecessary to a larger legitimate collaboration between the employers. These types of agreements eliminate competition in the same irredeemable way as agreements to fix the prices of goods or allocate customers, which have traditionally been criminally investigated and prosecuted as hardcore cartel conduct."

      It's horse shit PR."A nationwide survey by Carlisle & Co. recently found that technicians are miserable - so miserable that almost a quarter of them left their dealerships last year. Another 25 percent left the industry altogether. Unstable pay and feeling undervalued were major reasons. MIT labor economist Tom Kochan says there’s one way to change that."

      Every year in the dead of winter every dealer in the state will place ads looking for techs they can low-ball.They don't want to hire in the middle of summer when everybody is busy.That's another scuzbag wage fixing scheme.I watched an ad run for 3 years offering the potential of 100k before I responded.Things were going okay for the first couple months until it was dead winter then the placed an ad for my job only offering $10 an hour.That was January 2009 in downtown Anchorage Alaska and it was one phone call and one new scum of the Earth boss.Then I watched that 100k ad run continuously for the next 7 years and I still don't think they have found anyone.Theyre heathen psychotics with a shitload of broken cars.

      They are seriously fucked!Only a few old guys left holding that mess together.I went into the middle of Silicon Valley 2nd largest dealer in the country and ran the table.No way to train kids into that anymore and there just isn't enough money for anyone to push themselves hard enough to develop the skill.You have to be super savvy or they will eat you up like ravenous cannibals.

    80% do not complete an automotive program and 41% of those that do quit and leave the industry within 2 years.WHY WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME?Huge hump with very little reward.

    How about you stop cutting labor times and actually pay your technicians what the job SHOULD be payed.

    • @joebrenner4428
      @joebrenner4428 10 месяцев назад +1

      This is straight from the Dept.of Labor and why aren't technicians being properly advised and trained of the laws,their rights and their fair values anymore and why doesn't anybody in that business understand the word "AGREED" anymore????"However, if the work has already been performed at a higher AGREED rate, the employer must pay the employee the AGREED wage for the hours already worked. For example, if an employee and employer AGREE that the worker will earn an AGREED flat rate of $500 for a job and the employee performs the work under this AGREEMENT, the employer cannot later reduce their flat rate wage to $400 after the work has already been completed."

    • @joebrenner4428
      @joebrenner4428 10 месяцев назад +1

      Illinois just passed the HB3940 requiring all manufacturers to pay full retail labor times and retail labor times are ONLY what a technician AGREES to.These are already federal laws that are not being enforced otherwise they would not have been able to pass it.These are your legal rights and all techs should be advised of them.

    • @joebrenner4428
      @joebrenner4428 10 месяцев назад

      Being already federal laws means they apply in all 50 states so run it on them.If they retaliate,threaten or intimidate in any kind of way get a lawyer and sue the fuck out of them.California just made intentional wage theft over $950 a felony with 3 years prison.Them changing these labor times after the work has already been performed is wage theft and them preventing you from keeping any time records proves intent.

    • @joebrenner4428
      @joebrenner4428 10 месяцев назад +1

      The software systems like CDK are giving them the ability to reduce these agreed to labor times entered by the techs from remotely.Unlike your old flag sheets which were kept by the technicians and had carbon copies.I was blocked from these Technician Hour Reports after complaining about someone changing my agreed to labor times.The service writer also told me that they had the ability to change even the actual times which is 100% tampering with the time clocks.They are designing the whole system to give themselves these illegal abilities and training all the managers to apply them on a national scale.YOU GOTTA FIGHT BACK!

    • @joebrenner4428
      @joebrenner4428 10 месяцев назад

      I also worked at this shithole that was still using the old flagsheets.On Monday they would give you 5 of them with the flat-rate hours column crossed out in ink but you were to fill them out normally otherwise and turn all copies in on Friday.On Monday they would give you a copy of an alternate set kept by a service writer and another set of new ones.THEY ARE FULL ON ORGANIZED CRIMINALS AND APPLYING THESE FRAUDS IN ALL DEALERS!
