To be fair to Kidd, Kidd also made Big Mom bleed, if you look closely, blood was flowing from the top of her head, This would mean a wound was opened up from the top of her head, external damage. Law only did internal damage, so that could not have been opened up by Law.

If garp and whitebeard are only a few years apart and the two of them were on par in strength in their primes plus the only thing holding whitebeard back was his sickness, not his age and he still did what he did to akainu, then there's no way in hell you fools can tell me akainu wouldn't have gotten smoked by garp at marineford. 💀

I think similar but Garp probably do that too often anymore because he is so old and all that haki sucks up lifeforce so he probably beats akainu because he is mad as fuck but he either dies or has no way to do that many more times.
No both his sickness and his age impacted his strength.... Its just that his sickness impacted it more than his age. Primebeard is arguably the number 1in the entire verse. He was in noway shape or form prime, not because of his sickness but because his time was up.

Stop the cap. Garp may be strong but he is no way near strong as he was in his prime. He literally stated himself that he could throw cannons much further in his prime and lost his touch. Admirals are just as strong as yonkos so Akainu definitely has all 3 types of Haki and advanced too. Garp may of damaged him for some time but Akainu wouldn’t of lost.
@@daligang1359 i really feel like akainu is also a little overrated, ok he has a very offensively strong devil fruit but with the proper Implementation of haki a lot of people could defened better. Whitebeard simply got that damaging hit because with his heart attack whitebeard could not defend at all and akainu was ruthless and did it in the right moment.
For someone who prides themselves on "power levels"....KOL is really really bad at discerning power levels. The copium is strong within him.

to be fair, it's not that easy to estimate the characters strength in one piece because many things are still unknown. we still have to see the true power ( or limits ) of the yonko and admirals. people jump way too fast to conclusions. thats why those power levels continue to shift back and forth.

The only one who damaged marco in phoenix form was garp. Kizaru couldn't do shit to him and akainu just pushed him away. The old man slander makes no sense at all.
We know that marcos df allows him to regenerate extremely fast that is why all of kizarus light beams looked like they were doing nothing at the start of the fight, garp attacked marco with haki so ofc it dealt damage but still marco was alright right after, but the longer the fight went the more we saw marcos regeneration deminish since kizaro with the same beams that he used at the start of their fight started to actually deal damage
Yeah, no. Difference cases. Garp uses blunt attacks. Marco takes the full force and doesn't just have it pass through his body.

I have no words for these KOL and BDA conversations/discussions/disputes. THESE ARE SOME INTERESTING TAKES! They are amazing. Power scaling is a very interesting side of the One Piece community, and it really makes you think. As someone who’s been only reading the manga weekly for under two months now, this series has become so much more fun to experience through the various discussions, videos, streams that not only this channel, but many more have created. Being a manga reader is so much more fun then being an anime only.

Her power should work on basically anyone in the series except for Luffy and maybe Fujitora. Most people would lose to her.
She also has all 3 kinds of haki and probably a form of advanced armament.

Boa’s power is Hax, you can say Ray can not be attracted to her or the beam can be dodged but she has shown the ability to utilize it physically and against inanimate objects(swords, robot/cyborgs) So it doesn’t even have to be purely strength. It’s her power set on top of her monsterous strength.

Wasn't it revealed by Oda that Shanks actually had a huge crew and the ones who arrived at Marineford were just the top officers? Cause that would really be a blow to KOL's Shanks crew supreme elite minimum mentality.
Shanks crew has been confirmed to have highest average bounties so Kol's view isn't wrong , shanks may have some allies but his crew is just those people (maybe some other but they're not fighters per se ) just like strawhat crew.
shanks crew might be the same as luffy. Those guys are the crew of his ship. Then he had other crews working under him.
It was revealed as such. Those we saw at Marineford are basically his executives/lieutenants.
His main crew(not allies or fleet) is actually much bigger, like the other Yonko crews.
I think Shanks crew just have 100-200 men. Thats little compare to Kaidou or Big Mom's gigantic army

everyone needs to remember that one piece is narratively power scaled so if a character we see back in marineford magically pops up and they’re giving zoro or sanji trouble when they got one shotted back then it’s not surprising

As for Garp becoming weaker and being at half strength that kinda just hypes Garp, Sengoku, Whitebeard, Roger, Rocks, and Chinjao. Garp was still considered one of the two leading Marine men on the front with Sengoku when he retired. Meaning they we're over the admirals then and would likely stay above them for some time as they were asked not to retire. As for Rayleigh he was training Luffy up until he left so he was likely stronger then when or at least had more stamina than when he went for it with Kizaru.

Most people don't seem to realize the difference between when Kaido attacks Luffy and when Kaido attacks other people especially with thunder bagua. Kaido literally keeps aiming for Luffys head. Kaido even commented on gouging luffys eyes out. During the first fight kaido one shot luffy by aiming for the head. During the second fight kaido aims at luffys head yet again and grazed luffy. Zoro and Law did not take a thunder bagua to the head, they took it to the body. Ive noticed that Kaido keeps aiming for Luffys head throughout the fight.
I didn't realize and I checked now and surprisingly Luffys last loss against Kaido (the one he fell off onigashima) was possibly an attack straight to his forehead.
Check Luffy head as he falls down onigashima and you'll see the big bruise or mark on his forehead. Kaido put a lot of weight on that attack that it's visible but people didn't see it

@@jagmbaksvshsh the body can take much more damage than the head. If I 4 year old child jumped on your head it could knock you out or even kill you. If a fully grown man jumped on your body it would probably hurt but you'd be relatively fine for the most part. There is a huge difference between getting hit in the head compared to the body.

Law definitely has improved his stamina, but the difference between him and other top Supernova, I THINK, is that they were more physical than he was. He took on a more support role. He played the 'wizard' role for their team, mixed with physical attacks. He hung back and looked for openings. Law was lit.
Law doesn’t need to be overly physical because he’s very precise. Mind you he’s physically strong enough to level a mountain range.

A conversation needs to be had about Oda is underutilizing Kidds devil fruit power. First and foremost he has the power of magnetism which is one of the main laws of physics and is involved in almost everything we do. Additionally he should have the same capabilities as Magneto from the X-men which would make him and his devil fruit truly devastating.

Also, Boa is a conquerors haki user, whereas Law is not, and she is also the leader of an entire nation that specializes exclusively in haki. That gives her far better portrayal in terms of haki than law has. So, even if her fruit is affected by haki, her own haki would make it much more difficult to overcome than law's.

Do a video why garp loses to Akainu at marineford. Akainu was struggling with a sick dying whitebeard. Garp fought whitebeard in his prime. Plus garp is fresh and Akainu wasn’t, garp definitely could’ve killed akainu.
You said yourself that garp is prob around 75-80% strength. Prime garp slaps prime Akainu. An angry 75-80% garp can’t kill a battle fatigued Akainu (who’s not expecting friendly fire) ? That’s harder to believe than Kidd being useful
Akainu has greater stamina than old garp and he can basically regenerate. Garp sure did fought whitebeard in his prime but shiki fought sengoku and garp at once and still destroyed half of marineford and injured garp and we know that shiki ain't in same level as Roger and whitebeard.

I don't think the fighting for days thing should be taken serious or used in power scaling decisions. Marco could handle both commanders at the same time and even worn out he still easily countered king. I think what drained marco was him healing the entire live floor it both drained his stamina and his ability to recover. Zoro and Sanji had to watch each other backs at the start of the fight they were already getting pushed, Sanji blocked Queen swinging at Zoro and Zoro blocked King swinging at Sanji. Its hard to put Marco over Rayleigh because of what Old and sick whitebeard was able to accomplish and we've seen Rayleigh stopping Marco with a finger so Marco should do better but I think these zoan first commanders would lose to haki-based or more balanced first mates like Katakuri and Rayleigh.

Length of a fight has something to do more on fighting style/ ability rather than overall strength. Aokiji vs Akainu took days simply because their df cancel each other. Same goes for Ace's fire vs Jinbei's water technique. Meanwhile two samurais who are both offensive minded would immediately go for the kill so their fight might end up quick.
First off Rayleigh stopping Marco is filler . Also katakuri durability is horrible it’s worse than luffy who got one shotted by Kaido and king has shown greater durability than Kaido . Marco was able to hold off king and queen cause he is a really skilled fighter but king wasn’t even injured .

Luffy directly took the attack hes a brawler and there was no way to counter, his devil fruit works on his haki and conqueror haki disables you and renders u unconscious Luffy couldnt defend with any haki at that point and his gear 4th unravel leaving his real body open to the full force of kaido's swing. If it was only a physical attack Luffy would have easily took the attack or even armament but Oda was showing the reader that there was something more special to conqueror coating at that point, it disables will power on contact unless u can block with ryo or coating or swords preventing the haki from hitting ur real body.
Oden also got one shotted by kaido and the guy was a beast in terms of durability. Katakuri's durability is horrible based on what? Fighting for 11 hours with armament + awakening and a lethal wound to his chest, the wound that Kat had was not only the deepest cut we;ve seen apart from akainu blasting a hole through Luffy but not even Zoro was able to get a cut that deep on Kaido or King, yet Kat was fighting without much problems.
Rayleigh stopping Marco is filler but it changes nothing, based on what whitebeard did being sick Rayleigh is at full health should still be more powerful than Marco , when Marco hasn't even shown anything to scale him to a yonko, Rayleigh has and therefore his decline should still scale him above Marco.
Marco holding off King and Queen is more to do with his devil fruit than Skill , Marco's fruit gives him alot of freedoms and he hard counters King, yes he did little damage to King but King wasn't able to do anything to Marco on every showing. Oda shows us Marco's dominance against King, and by inclusion of those pages hes trying to tell us Marco was superior even worn out easily countered King's flame which are the highest point of his attack power.

Marco stamina is impressive for what he was doing in Wano and even then he isn’t done. In a 1v1 with his regen defence and healing I can easily see him goin for days. Any 1st commander that’s not Zoro (a main character) doesn’t have a W against another top tier on screen so it’s not a good reason to downplay Marco for that

Kidd top 15. Did better than Marco against Big Mom. Marco didn't last 2 pages and was already in checkmate. Kidd lasted 3 chapters and was still going strong.
Marco lasted 3 chapters as well, but I do agree with you not to sleep on Kidd because he had been fighting longer from the rooftop after taking several attacks and with Hawkins sabotaging him.

In 992 when we leave off with Marco and Big Mom they are still talking, then in 995, we see a clash, but we don't know when they started fighting or even if they were fighting before the clash. With Kidd and Big Mom, we see them fight in 1013, then in chapter 1014, we see them still fighting, and then When Law joins them in 1015 they are still fighting. So from what we see Kidd had been fighting her noticeably longer than Marco.

Kol law hurt kaido with rocks I think your just underestimating how strong the rooftop nova are and you mentioned kid saying you can hurt kaido with physical force a few chapters later kid literally crushed kaido with his punk vice kaido stating he found away to hurt him and his slam asw if rocks managed ti hurt kaido just shows you oda made them all the rooftop nova monstrous you can argue with feats the writer is giving you 😑

Also at the time kidd and kaido fight during dressrosa arc Kidd must of tried everything to hurt kaido and it couldn’t work because Kidd never learned ryou which is understandable why he was shocked that luffy did some damage that’s why I have high regards for Kidd cause once he learns to master his haki and with his DF he’ll be very very devastating… KOL I just can’t understand the way he thinks man smh 🤦🏾♂️ luffy tried the first time but couldn’t hurt kaido till he learned ryou…
