Is it a thing for women in korea to look weaker that they are 'coz these girls did a whole pole dancing routine several times which requires a lot more strength than all the things their screaming about in this video
ozayyyyxx actually it may be because pole dancing and these excercises require different strengths and skills .for example im good at weight training and can do long walks . however i cant do any of the excercises in this video without struggling . although it may be the case of them wanting to seem relatible to their viewers by struggling.
what the trainer said about the "sweet potato" diet is proof that not everyone believes these fad diets are healthy. and we also see why its important to build your muscles first before doing intense cardio cause these girls would have problems if they started off with these exercises week one instead of building some strength first.
I always thought dieting is expensive and 'healthy' food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.
For the 3rd week exercise,do i still need to do the 1st n 2nd week exercise again?N also,do i need to complete this 3rd week exercise,after one week only i can continue with the 4th week exercise??
Yeah, you must do the other workouts. I do all the workouts on a day and it feels so good (i think this is only in my body that feels so good but it's ok, I'm a little bit special XDDD).I recommend do all the workouts. ^-^

The first day I did all the exercises to see if they were very hard to train or so. Then I did the exercises for weeks as it goes in the video. I do 40 squats in a day because I train two times on a day. ^-^
U could do it as Tabata, do as many reps as possible in 20s, rest10s then do it all over again, 8 rounds each. You'll feel like your heart jumping out and the burning effect lasts longer.
It helps you reduce fat and become skinny, but you’ll become weak and frail rather than fit and healthy. I hate this kind of shows, there’s also a difference between weight loss and reducing fat percentage. Do Hiit training (the best burning cardio) + weight training (helps burn the fat and creates healthy curves) + yoga workouts (for elasticity) and you’ll have a body like a model.
For both of the exercises you do 15-20 as a set and you're supposed to 3-5 sets a day. Hoped that help.
