AND the time machine mod (the one that makes the beggar donations go faster). AND the unintrustive pause menu mod.
This is one of my most satisfying non tainted lost runs to date. Ok ignore everything past this point, while I'm late for this upload... I also wanna shove as many funny item names as possible in here; plus nobody will read it anyways: Early bird's eye and brimstone have such HUGE c section tech x POTENTIAL (even though it's not as good as ghost pepper), although a bit of a change of plans involving sacred heart and a missed opportunity of rerolling items with the d6 made this run a bit more dangerous than it should have been, not to mention holy light's synergy with perfection's 10+ luck which just ended up melting everything I came in contact with. With so many soy milk angel rooms and the combination of godhead and proptosis, including the ipecac (dunce cap) I was basically guaranteed to find sacred heart, crown of light, and many other OP items that made this run a free monstro's lung win featuring edmund mcmillen (who also created super meat boy)... And I'm totally not mentioning these items in the description just for keywords or anything, why would I ever do that? This paragraph is also ABSOLUTELY not copied from another one of my videos but with certain words changed to make sense in the context of this video, that would just be silly. Wow, did you really read all of that? I'm proud of you.
Ok since nobody's gonna read this... I can say that I'm 100% changing my YT username to just "Laven" for 2 reasons:
1. I hate how people mispronounce lavencas, it's supposed to be just like "Lavender Castle" if you remove the extra letters, but a ton of people put emphasis on the VEN which sounds extremely weird to me and annoys me to no end
2. Some of you also seem to think the L is an i but WHYYYYYYY
I was thinking of rebranding to a different name entirely, but that's too much effort and a lot of people would be confused sooooo... yeah. Also fun fact the name lavencas was kind of a placeholder until I thought of something that sounded better, but my channel exploded way faster than I would've ever imagined and by that point it was too late...

@@hoodedhunter5395 if you get black candle to get rid of curses it no longer tps you when you get hit. it makes your tears charged so you can unload right into an enemies face lol

@@hoodedhunter5395 Apart from Black Candle removing the downside, I honestly think that as The Lost there isn't any downside to grabbing it, given that you're gonna fucking die if you get hit.

Hey! There's a trick for playing lost. If you lost your mantle in the curse room, just go back to the title and back into the run. That resets the mantle!

*Fun fact:* If you save and reload, your mantle comes back! This can be used to get cursed chests inside of curse rooms

I had the most fun rock bottom run the other day, had ipecac and then got rock bottom and then ludo, it kept the damage of ipecac and I lost the explosions more or less, 50 dmg ludo is fun

the thing about those spike chests is you can just hit them and leave the room before your i-frames wear off and then come back for the free stuff

about those curse rooms with mimic chests, you can just pop the chest immediately leave with i frames and then go back in and get what was in the chest.
it works every time
Problem is, holy mantle i frames are equivalent to the speed of light and since it was a polyphemus run, he/she (whatever idk) didn't wanna risk it.

@@snrken i use "my guy" when i wanna say something like "this is what i mean", i'm not trying to assume genders here, also i don't think it's easy though, unless you have a high speed stat it's actually pretty hard though, maybe it's just my consistent skill issue though.
