Based on the math did in the middle of the video, which stated that the odds of 10 items being eaten by ed6 were 9 in 100,000, you can be pretty much certain that this or something similar has happened to someone before. Although rerolling 10 items with ed6 isn't super common, it's also not rare enough to say that this couldn't have happened before given how many people play this game. Just imagine being that guy.

the ed6 is used on all items each individual item has a 25% chance to disappear that doesn't mean that every item in the room together will get removed 25% of the time instead it's 25% and another 25% and another 25% etc. the math explanation was a bit late, but there you go
