  • Easy step by step real time tutorial showing you how to draw The Fruit of Life and Metatron's Cube.
    Symmetrical art is so much fun to create. You can achieve so many great designs with just a cheap geometry set, a piece of paper and some imagination.
    Lots of people freeze when you suggest they learn how to draw, but give them a compass and a ruler and before they know what has happened, they are fully engrossed in designing wonderful designs.
    Wikipedia - Sacred geometry ascribes symbolic and sacred meanings to certain geometric shapes and certain geometric proportions.[1] It is associated with the belief that a god is the geometer of the world. The geometry used in the design and construction of religious structures such as churches, temples, mosques, religious monuments, altars, and tabernacles has sometimes been considered sacred. The concept applies also to sacred spaces such as temenoi, sacred groves, village greens and holy wells, and the creation of religious art.
    Janette Oakman loves to try out many different art forms, so do check her other videos as you might see something else that you'd like to try and wasn't sure how to do it.. There is even a video on how to paint with teabags!
    Psychic Artist Janette Oakman lives in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk but she travels around the UK demonstrating and teaching mediumship and psychic art. If you would be interested in having her come along and do a demonstration and workshop in your church or centre, please do contact her as she would love to hear from you.

    Nice tutorial. I’ve been lost in Metatron’s cube many times. It’s so easy to start connecting intersections of lines instead of centres of circles...
    Thanks for doing this real time too. A tutorial is meant to show people how to as well as marvel at the end result. Much better than having no idea of what’s happening in a speeded up whiz through.

      My pleasure Joe. One of the reasons as to why I made this video was because I couldn't find a decent video showing you how to draw one and I was looking for an easier way than the way I used to use to create it. I do plan on creating many more similar videos in the future x

    Wow thankyou so much, I followed your steps and got there. Now I know why they call it sacred geometry, out by a tiny centimetre and it all goes pear shaped, happy with my first attempt. Practice make perfect. Thankyou so much, nice to get a video thats not rushed. Stunning video, dont stop please xx

      Oh I am so pleased that you decided to draw along with me. I love creating all geometric art and love to hear when I've inspired others. I'll let you in to a secret, I'm working on a massive wall design at the moment. Hopefully it will be finished and the video uploaded in a few days time x

      I don't think an artist ever has enough paper ha ha Thanks for your lovely compliment x

      Yes I didn't want to distract people from being able to concentrate as it can get a bit confusing , plus to me it felt more like a meditation in itself watching myself draw to that music x

      I almost couldn't watch for the music it did not harmonize with my internal vibe but the tutorial was on point. I just put my headphones in and muted the vids music. If you want to call it that.

      Hi I'm sorry but I really don't know. compasses can be picked up very cheaply most cheap shops or even corner shops sell them as well as supermarkets or Amazon or eBay x

      I think any round shape should help as all the curve sizes are same anyways. So even a cap of a bottle, jar or round box should help IMO. 😊

    • @JanetteOakman
      @JanetteOakman  5 лет назад +1

      Gosh thats a complicated way of doing it though... especially as you connect the centres of each circle x

      @Twisted_in_head 5 лет назад +1

      @@JanetteOakman : Maybe considering only semi circles would help 🤔. Nothing would match a compass though, unless u plan on making 1 😅

      Hey watch out for my next video where I attempt at using a power tool to make holes in a piece of wood... trust me NOT going to attempt to make a compass ha ha ha

    Unfortunately, the pencil markings are too faint to see easily.
