I'm impressed with how much you predicted in this! I love that John Candy and Macaulay were reunited in this after Uncle Buck. Even though they weren't in a scene together, close enough. Also the funeral scene by Candy was completely improvised, which makes it even more hilarious. And Marv's spider death scream is legit. He had arachnophobia. The greatest crime in this movie certainly...even tragedy...is that Kevin didn't even get to eat his Macaroni and Cheese...😞

When I was a child, my family would traditionally go on Christmas vacation in Austria, to go skiing. We always went to the same hotel which always had great Christmas decorations and activities for families and children, so I used to love these vacations. I miss these times.
But yes, we would usually leave the house over Christmas.
The actor who plays Harry is "Joe Pesci" you should watch more of his movies!!

10:24: Your pores are open after you take a hot shower, and since Kevin is only 8, his skin is probably really sensitive to anything with an alcohol base.
After shave burns if you're not used to it.
"What type of gun is that?" Okay, time for you to watch A Christmas Story, lol.
"Why does the aftershave burn?" Well, aftershave burns young men/burns until their flesh toughens/deadens up, but you're right, it makes less sense if he hasn't shaved. Can assume he practiced the whole shaving routine (unnecessarily) without it being seen, so the safety razor would have still left abrasions on his flesh even with no hair, which would cause it to burn. It is strange they didn't show that either time. Would've made more sense.

That's not the same brand of BB gun. I had the one from Christmas Story it's not pump action like Kevin's.
A lot of grown men can't handle aftershave let alone a little kid.
Even if you don't cut yourself you're skin can be sensitive to it.

2. The items in Kevin's bags were all empty and not the same as what he had a checkout.
3. Daniel Stern/Harry has arachnophobia. That's why he freaked out. (NOTE: tarantula spiders aren't poisonous to humans but look scary).
4. "Angels with Filthy Souls" is not a real movie.
5. GOOF: Harry has tar all over his foot when he steps on the stairs but when he grabs his foot, and all the other scenes after that no tar.
6. GOOF: Harry steps on the nail with his right foot but grabs his left untarred foot.
7. NO WAY could a child get the rope tight enough between the house and treehouse without a winch of some kind.
8. There's ANOTHER NO WAY Kevin could clean up that fast.
9. Home Alone II is good. However, Kevin as good hearted as he is, he gets mean.
10. Macaulay Culkin worked with John Candy (and Hughes) in "Uncle Buck".

I have yet to see a reactor react or mention this, most viewers don't even seem to notice it, but I have! That's right! There is one F-Bomb in Home Alone!
