Great tutorial indeed sir. My only question is what if all the users in group 1 download simultaneously. Will they still get their max download speed (3mbps per user) even the total max dowload is only 6mbps?

Can target Devices be added by Mac address, instead of ip?

go to IP > Hotspot > IP binding... assign an IP for every mcaddress
